He cut our outdoor lighting low voltage wire on the first try. When we called the office to ask them to repair, the girl that answered the phone was rude & dismissive from the start. She said she'd ask the owner & call back. I don't know if she even asked. But she called back & said no they're not going to do anything. She didn't care about us as customers at all. I would think she alone loses a lot of business for the company. We won't use them next time.

They were honest, professional and factual... letting us know that there appeared to be no issues with our system. Then the following year (9/2014) we had them come and do a a cleaning of the tank (since we had no history on the tank). They took time to show us the tank openings; and explained the process. They were wonderful. A perfect contractor, open, honest, professional and very knowledgeable. With a great price. We will be using them from this time forward.

DO NOT USE THIIS HORRIBLE FIRM…read more I reluctantly sent them a check for $7700, which was minus the extra sand dump loads they were extorting me for, only to find that their owner had "already" filed a lien (with whatever costs they felt appropriate) against my house. This actually made me laugh, since their communication was so bad between their firm and me and their internal communications among their team. Not only is their internal communication with their clients horrible, they operate without any consideration to "their bad customer service" and communications - and they blame their clients for the communication issues. In addition, they charged me for a credit card fee for $147, and I had paid with a check. Duh. What an unorganized, bait and switch, rip off firm. My check was returned with a note that said it took too long to get to their office - so they filed the lien on my property. I decided to allow the lien to sit on the property because I was not going to be moving from this home. Keep in mind, some states have a lien expiration within 7 years and the lien has to be renewed by the filer. Then guess what, less than a month later, I get a certified notice from the Chapman Law Firm, indicating that I have 10 days to pay or I will be sued and have to pay court costs. I called the law firm and will be dropping off a check at their office this week (March 17-21, 2025). As a reminder, the team that did the work on my physical project were awesome and I gave them each a gratuity. But, the office team and owners were horrible to work with. Please, I implore you, DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE firm. I am writing them an extortion check as the law firm requested, and I have asked their attorney to reduce the credit card fee since I am writing a check again. They agreed.

I had reported this to Walt in a text, his response was if I wanted it replanted. The issue here was the spot where the tree was, there was no reason for it to be removed. After the job was done Walt mentioned that according to the proposal, if it was in the area of the drainage, it would be removed. The damn tree was 6 feet away from the digging area. I had 2 other trees in the same area and nothing was done to them. The workers decided to rip the tree out and take the route of the ditch versus the road in front where it was completely clear. The sad part is there were no apologies what so ever or reimbursement ($250.00) for the tree. I should have gone with Martin Septic.
