Scammers - see their reviews. DO NOT USE THIIS HORRIBLE FIRM. I reluctantly sent them a check for $7700, which was minus the extra sand dump loads they were extorting me for, only to find that their owner had "already" filed a lien (with whatever costs they felt appropriate) against my house. This actually made me laugh, since their communication was so bad between their firm and me and their internal communications among their team. Not only is their internal communication with their clients horrible, they operate without any consideration to "their bad customer service" and communications - and they blame their clients for the communication issues. In addition, they charged me for a credit card fee for $147, and I had paid with a check. Duh. What an unorganized, bait and switch, rip off firm. My check was returned with a note that said it took too long to get to their office - so they filed the lien on my property. I decided to allow the lien to sit on the property because I was not going to be moving from this home. Keep in mind, some states have a lien expiration within 7 years and the lien has to be renewed by the filer. Then guess what, less than a month later, I get a certified notice from the Chapman Law Firm, indicating that I have 10 days to pay or I will be sued and have to pay court costs. I called the law firm and will be dropping off a check at their office this week (March 17-21, 2025). As a reminder, the team that did the work on my physical project were awesome and I gave them each a gratuity. But, the office team and owners were horrible to work with. Please, I implore you, DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE firm. I am writing them an extortion check as the law firm requested, and I have asked their attorney to reduce the credit card fee since I am writing a check again. They agreed. read more

I contacted Englewood Environmental to pump out two tanks. They came to the properties and dropped the lids into the tank with lots of dirt. The driver then explained that we would have to get an new lid and clean the dirt. This was the second tank that day he had done the pump out. The first he upsold another service. Beware! They will damage your tank and then tell you need to replace the tank!!! Total UPSELL scammers!!! read more

I have used Englewood Environmental at two rentals for inspection and service work. Technicians were on time, polite and found problem immediately. The required certifications were sent to the county health department as needed. Technician took time to discuss septic operations and issues with me so to understand the process. Today I called for service on my home and they are able to come tomorrow. read more

Call them if you need service. From the first email to the office to the 2 men that came out to service my tank, everyone was so professional and kind to me. At 76, being a woman alone, sometimes people treat you different and you become leary of business's. They were kind, and informed me of their price, and what they would do, etc. The office manager Stacy was so helpful and the 2 men that came out were also very kind and told me all that they were doing. I would use them again, and I even referred my daughter to them to service her septic tank. The price was very fair, the people kind and courteous, and the service was excellent. Check their Facebook and Google reviews. Full of 1 stars, I am posting mine everywhere to let everyone know not to use this company. Wasted 3 weeks of my time. Promised it will be done 1st week of march. I had to stay in florida an additional week for then to do their work. 3 days after they promised they will start nobody shows up. I HAD TO CALL THEM to find out where they are. Then I am told they will start in the middle of the month, which would mean I need to spend MORE MONEY to stay in Florida. I cancelled the order and I am going to look for someone else. Had I known THEY would NOT DO THEIR JOB I would not waste my hard earned money and time with this HORRIBLE LYING COMPANY. read more
