I have been a loyal client of AG Aesthetic Center for years and have received Botox and lip filler…read morehere in the past with results I was very happy with. Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely changed my perception of the practice. After receiving lip filler in March, I instantly developed a bubble in my lip that did not resolve on its own. I returned to have it dissolved, then had to come back again for the filler to be redone. After allowing appropriate healing time, one side of my lip was noticeably larger/different in shape, so I returned again to have it corrected. At my fourth appointment, I was told the best option was to dissolve all of the filler and start over. Throughout this entire process, I was patient, understanding, and followed their recommendations. I never demanded a refund or became upset with the staff. After four appointments and the last round of dissolving leaving me swollen and bruised for nearly a week, I simply decided I did not want to go through the process again. I asked if the amount I had paid for filler could be credited toward future Botox instead. I was told that was no problem and that a credit would be placed on my account. Months later, I called to schedule my Botox and specifically confirmed that the credit was on my account. I was told the notes were there and that it would be taken care of. Then, on the day of my appointment, I received a text telling me my appointment was cancelled and that they felt I should seek treatment elsewhere because my expectations were not aligned with their practice. That part was incredibly disappointing. At no point was I told that my expectations were unrealistic or that what I wanted was not achievable. I was simply trying to correct the results of a treatment that had not gone as planned and I was the one who repeatedly returned for dissolving and adjustments. I appreciate that they ultimately decided to refund the filler, but that was never what I was asking for. I wanted to continue being a client and use the money toward Botox, as I had been told I could. Instead, I was essentially dismissed as a client after years of loyalty. The filler result itself was disappointing, but what upsets me most is how this situation was handled. I believe there was an opportunity to make a longtime client feel heard and valued and unfortunately that is not how I left this experience feeling. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

But after paying the one twenty five, and having my consultation, one would think I could at least get a phone call like they promised to tell me a quote and a schedule. I'm so pleased with the team and the results! Procedures: Breast reduction, including removal of ADH cells Diastasis recti repair Panniculectomy I was so impressed with the care provided by Dr. Cober and team. A few reasons why they were so amazing: I was worried and uncomfortable going into my consultation, but those feelings were quickly waived as I felt immediately comfortable with Dr. Cober. I didn't feel judged whatsoever. I felt I was in the right place, with a doctor that had very capable hands. It was recommended that I get a mammogram before my breast reduction. Not required, but recommended. This mammogram resulted in abnormal cells that had to be removed. Dr. Cober was incredibly supportive and referred me to an excellent oncologist, Dr. De Melena, who was able to work hand in hand with Dr. Cober. Without skipping a beat, he pivoted and had Dr. De Melena piggyback my original surgery to remove the bad cells at the same time, minimizing the need for additional worry, panic, planning, or surgery.. This was, without a doubt, life saving. Dr. Cober and his team held my hand through the entire process, and were responsive when questions arose. I sent the team a message on Christmas, and it was Dr. Cober himself who responded. That is above and beyond excellent service. The results of my mommy-overhaul were better than I could have ever imagined. I am no longer in chronic pain, I have healthy breasts, and my abdominal muscles work appropriately. I am sincerely grateful for Tanasbourne Plastic Surgery. They, as a team, have changed my life tremendously. Dr. Cober is without question an amazing surgeon.

Soooo happy with my results!!!!…read more I spent a long time researching cosmetic surgeons, both here and in California before I decided on Dr. Lee. His website "before and after" photo gallery is really impressive. He does a number of various procedures exceptionally well. Forget the myth that you need a "specialist" for each procedure you require. Dr. Lee is a fantastic surgeon, with a great artistic eye. More importantly, he is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to incisions and their healing. I am four months out from a tummy tuck and breast reduction. The results are amazing .. It changed my life! Questions? His staff is really helpful and knowledgeable and can book you a consultation. Interested in fillers or Botox instead of surgery? Go see Quenby ( His nurse) she's a wizard with injectables. I can't recommend this team highly enough. They are all really good.

I have wanted breast augmentation since I was a teenager and realized then that it just wasn't in…read moremy genes to have large boobs naturally. Over the years, I kept thinking about it but didn't have the money or I felt I needed to lose "x" amount of weight. Well at 48, I was in a great place financially, found the Love of my Life and my Life Partner and he loved me just the way I was physically. But... I decided to go for it because I knew it would make me feel better about ME. Dr Connall was recommended to me by a friend who saw him for a tummy tuck (among other things) and she raved about him. I looked online and was impressed that you could actually get a real quote from the site and the price included all pre & post op appointments and the anesthesia - there are NO hidden fees. I scheduled my appointment and after my consultation, I felt exactly the same about him and his team. I happily scheduled my appointment and then Covid struck hard. So after 3 months from the original appointment, I was finally able to get it done in June. I couldn't be happier with the results! I was in minimal pain and the pain pills prescribed to me were fine and I had enough of them. You leave in a minimal support front closed bra and after the first day, I took it off and haven't worn a bra since! I was off work for 5 days - I work at a desk in front of a computer - and that was fine. You will be feeling great after the 2nd day and you do need to remember that you just had surgery and to not do too much. Dr Connall called within a week to check on me and I just had my first in person follow up yesterday. He was happy with how things were healing and the progress of the implant settling. However, warning...if you are going significantly bigger...please remember that you will have chest muscle swelling and the breast skin needs to stretch for the implants to fall and settle. For some reason I thought I would look like Barbie right after...ummm...no...lol. But I am 5 weeks after surgery and they look great now and I know will look even better in the next few months. I would also recommend getting some nipple cream as they will get super sensitive as the skin stretches also. I found some organic breastfeeding nipple cream on Amazon and it has been amazing. All in all....if you ever thought you wanted to have it done...DO IT!!! I am so happy with the results and super happy I chose Dr Connall and his team!

A Cautionary Story -- What I Wish I'd Known Before My Breast Augmentation…read more In 2022, I finally decided to get my breast augmentation -- something I had dreamed about for years. I did my research carefully and chose this clinic because the surgeon promoted a "unique technique" that supposedly eliminates the need for a post-surgical compression bra during recovery. That promise was a huge part of why I trusted him with my body. At first, everything seemed fine. But once the swelling settled and I began to really look at my results, I noticed something was off. My left breast had shifted far to the side -- so much that when I lie flat, it literally slides toward the outer edge of my body. Standing up without a bra, my breasts sit noticeably wide apart. When I put on a bra and pull them together, I love the look. But without it, the symmetry and shape are disappointing -- and completely opposite of what I was told to expect. When I shared my concern during my final follow-up, the surgeon brushed it off with, "Side boob is a good look." Maybe for some women it is, but not when one breast has migrated halfway toward my armpit. That's not style -- that's structure gone wrong. I waited a few years to be sure my body had healed before reaching out again, hoping for an honest conversation about possible correction. Instead, I was told I'd have to pay $190 just for a consultation -- and that they don't offer complimentary post-surgery implant checks, even years later. I had assumed they would at least verify that the implants were still properly positioned and safe. For context, most women are required to wear a post-surgical compression bra (a supportive medical garment that holds the implants in place and helps the chest heal evenly). I wasn't asked to wear one because the surgeon claimed his "no-bra recovery method" made it unnecessary. In hindsight, I wish I had worn one anyway -- it might have prevented my outcome.
