Jessica - but really all of the ladies - were absolutely amazing and were honed in on the essentials and utilized both weights and Pilates to focus on your core, building strength. With each session I walked away a little stronger, a little sweatier and a little prouder. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. My two pet peeves about this Y; the equipment is pretty dated and seems to be geared mainly to men and the female lifeguard. Almost every time I got to swim she barks at me for something. Like, before I have a chance to set my towel down she's yelling at me to rinse off. She makes my most mellow part of the day really uptight.
