So easy to talk to and I emailed about gift certificates and when I arrived, they had them already done and waiting for me, that was such great service. I really cannot express how polite they all are. Now the gym itself has so much to offer from classes to massages, to health help and of course workout machines and equipment. I haven't even scratched the surface on how much they have. I told my son, I want to take a few days and go through and use each one, just to see what else we can incorporate into our workout routine. There is a small smoothie cafe in the front and they're not open 24 hrs, but if that is something you're looking for, give that a try. They have an upstairs as well that offer more machines and workout space. They offer a large woman (I'm sure men's too) restroom with a shower. They have lockers too, if that is something you need. Overall, this is a very clean and nice gym to go to.

My schedule is crazy and I like the fact that I don't have to arrive by a specific time. I'm a competitive powerlifter and NEF has everything I need to do my main lifts as well as all accessories. I've very rarely had to wait for a piece of equipment. Love having the smoothie bar right there too. Plenty of parking. Convenient location.

Jessica - but really all of the ladies - were absolutely amazing and were honed in on the essentials and utilized both weights and Pilates to focus on your core, building strength. With each session I walked away a little stronger, a little sweatier and a little prouder. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. Invest in yourself with women who really get it and want to help you feel better. You won't regret it.

In fact, I forgot the last time I saw a gym, especially in a major city, for that little per month. After my "gym tour" with the one of their very kind staff members, I knew I had found my new local spot for workouts. The gym itself is quite big. It has two levels, with most cardio machines being on the first floor and the weights/dumbbells on the second level. I've been going for a few months now, and these are some of my favorite things: - Always clean - Lots of locker space - All machines have been working flawlessly - They follow Covid-19 protocols, so certain machines are blocked off - 24 hour access (!!!!) - Lots of machines, so I never have to wait around to use a tread, for example - Doesn't get too crowded even during peak hours For $15, I get a LOT more than what I expected. I can cancel at anytime and I didn't even have to pay a fee upfront. They do charge you a $39 one-time fee during the first 30 days of signing up, which apparently locks in your membership price in case of any increases in the future. You can also upgrade your membership to their "premium" version which includes tanning, access to the Theragun and a few other perks.

Her co owner and husband, Walter was my Instructor for the TRX Team Class and he made me feel right at home as did their friendly members. I have taken many TRX classes in the past and I can say without hesitation that Walter is one of the best! His teaching style is engaging, challenging and encouraging. He coached us to each work at our own level, taking into account our differences and at the same time gave us plenty of options to make each exercise as intense as we wanted. Although it was a group class, Walter customized the workout making it feel personally suited to each of us. The facility is impeccably clean and organized. The decor was bright and welcoming.
