Perhaps the end of my relationship with this gym right? Wrong, they continue with a spam texts. When confronted on the matter, they accept no responsibility for spamming and instead provided snark. I attended the 5:30a class a couple times and really enjoyed the instruction, the motivation and the camaraderie. Austin (coach) has a background in Olympic weightlifting, which translated well (for me) as he had different ways to explain positioning and execution of landing and pulls in a lift. He's offered a variety of scaling options, and encouraged us (individually) to chase an option that would be tough. The bikes are nice because they have many different gears so you can find the exact level you want to ride on. The instructors are all fantastic and really challenge you in each class. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't have a ton of time but still wants to burn calories. The studio is always clean and the bikes are socially distanced. Each person gets a locker that matches their bike number for all of their belongings - you sign up for your bike number online but they remind you upon arrival. BONUS: the first class is only $5!
