What a fun way to get a workout in. It was a lot of bouncing around doing fun cardio getting that heart rate up. But at the same time, feeling safe and secure in the harness. he definitely stepped out of your comfort zone with some of the tricks like learning the Burpee. I was scared at first, but she taught us and showed us how to do it and gave us the strength to TRY it was so much fun. Thank you for such a unique experience and for doing what you do! Loved it ‍

Conquer Martial Arts is one of the most innovative martial arts schools in the Fox Valley/Green Bay…read morearea. I've trained there for the past two years, primarily focusing on competitive sport karate, and my skills have improved tremendously because of the instructors and training environment. Conquer Martial Arts has modern training facilities and equipment, including a spring floor, and is staffed by instructors who are experienced state and national-level martial arts competitors and champions. One area I've improved most is tricking--combining karate kicks and techniques with acrobatic movements and flips. Training at Conquer Martial Arts has helped me compete at a much higher level, including earning multiple state championship titles and Top-10 finishes at national NASKA sport karate tournaments. More importantly, the school has helped me grow as a martial artist and deepen my passion for competitive karate. While Conquer Martial Arts has a strong competitive sport karate program, they also have excellent programs for beginners and underbelts, making it a great environment for students at different experience levels. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Conquer Martial Arts to anyone in the Fox Valley or Green Bay area looking for a karate or martial arts school, whether they're just starting or want to pursue competitive sport karate and take their skills to the next level.

The owner and the staff keep the equipment and facility in the cleanest condition of any gym I've ever been to. Everyone that works out there has a common goal, and it's not just a fashion show like some of the big box gyms in the area. If you want a quality gym, at a very reasonable price with unlimited 24/7 access, this is the gym for you!! The gym is never very busy, so workouts go quick because your not standing around waiting or having people trying to jump in on sets. I'm so glad I contacted Rod and became a member.

I canceled my membership, but I have been charged the $75 annual fee FOUR YEARS IN A ROW: 2023, 2024, 2025, and now 2026. Every year, I'm reassured that it's been handled and won't happen again. Then the next October rolls around, and there's another charge. These withdrawals have overdrafted my account more than once. I have an email from Charlie dated October 3, 2023, saying the previous owners hadn't removed me from the annual billing list and promising he would remove me and reimburse me. Three years later, under the same owner, I'm still dealing with the exact same problem. I'm currently waiting on $150 in refunds for the 2025 and 2026 charges, plus this year's charge caused another $25 overdraft fee. On October 13, Charlie told me my refund had been submitted and would arrive in "a couple days." It's now October 30. Still nothing, despite following up. The most frustrating part is how much time and effort it takes to get back money that should never have been withdrawn. I've been polite. I've been patient. I've followed up repeatedly. Nobody should have to put "check whether my old gym charged me again" on their calendar every October. After reading other former members' reviews describing similar charges after cancellation, unanswered messages, and repeated promises, I'm even more concerned. My experience clearly isn't the only one being reported. I'm attaching my email and texts so people can see this for themselves. If you're a former member, check your bank statements, even if you were told your billing was canceled. If you're considering joining, think carefully about whether this is a business you want having access to your account. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.

After careful consideration, we decided that Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu would be the best thing for him, and the choices in the valley are somewhat limited that way. Most everything is Taekwondo... Any who, we checked out Flashback after speaking to one of the owners, Jina. We gave it a week's trial, and really love the fun way coach Jesse and Jina (husband & wife) teach the classes. They are playful and very nice, but firm and expect respect from the kids. It was perfect for my son. There is plenty of 1-1 training too, and great examples, in addition to daily sparing where the kids get to put what they learned to the test. Though we were not able to continue to go due to personal reasons, which was quite unfortunate, I would go back in a heartbeat if possible. My wife and son loved it otherwise. If you have a child (or yourself as an adult) wants to learn self-defense and a martial art's system that will be superior to Taekwondo and other forms of karate, then check this place out!
