We toured a number of schools, and while they were all nice, something about Karate America Neenah just stood out. It was a bit of a longer drive for us, but it was worth it! The instructors really care about thier students, and go the extra mile to help. You can really tell they're passionate about teaching, and it makes coming to class something to look forward to a few times a week. As an adult student, I sometimes come in exhausted or stressed from a long day at work, but after leaving class I feel so much better. We just got our black belts and plan to continue on as long as we can, and we owe that all to the amazing staff! I couldn't reccomend them enough!

You can guarantee you won't just be "set loose" to figure it out for yourself. These workouts are for people of any ability and age, and they truly focus on "functional" fitness (hence the name). A lot of gyms say their members are "like family", and I can say first hand that members at JET truly are treated like family. Not only are the trainers great, but the members are just as awesome! Everybody is so kind, and I actually look forward to my workout every day! If you are debating on joining, I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out. My only regret since joining last summer is that I didn't join sooner!

The trainers track your progress and gradually increase the difficulty of your workouts so you never plateau. The group classes are fun too. They're usually only 3-4 people so you get lots of personal attention. I highly recommend kickboxing, PiYo and the Strength Circuit. For small group classes and personal training the prices are great. I highly recommend XO for people of any level who want to get in shape and stay motivated!

I found everything I wanted and more at XO Fitness! Not only do they offer private training, group classes, yoga, pilates, and an ever changing work out designed just for you, there's also and nutrition program (which I very much needed)! And it's actually FUN, I look forward to every training session. Ryan, Karin and their staff are very knowledgeable and caring and want only the best for you! So if you're like me and want to skip the giant, crowded gym, I would highly recommend XO Fitness!

I went to a open house type event and I tried arial yoga and it was so cool! I wasn't sure if I would like it, sounded a bit scary, but it was a blast and easier than I thought, especially for me due to my plantar fasciitis. Standing for regular classes is very hard for me and arial yoga was not painful or difficult. Deb walked around to make sure everyone was comfortable and even gave us some essential oil to relax. The classes are typically dimmed lighting, with soothing music and quiet voices. I met some really great people there as well. I haven't been back in a while due to health issues that make it hard to do much fitness at all, but I hope to go back in the future. They also have really affordable prices. They have packages for just about anyone, single classes, and various memberships. They have merchandise to buy such as clothing and yoga mats as well.
