I asked if it was possible to call and have it delivered, to which they said no their walkie talkie didn't have batteries. on a walk I went to customer service where I was then told someone else would need to come and deliver for me. find a person, find a cart, wheel back battery. finally make it back to auto center 20 min later. wait about 40min for someone to start working my car despite only one other person being there and quite literally a staff of 6+ people around. front desk lady starts working the battery. finally lunch break guy appears and it finishes ~1.5hrs after showing up. told I can be reimbursed $10...cool. lady accidentally charges me for $10 (and wouldn't have noticed unless I caught it). stumble through corrections to now reimburse me twice. get to my car, the dash isn't lighting up & across the screen. I go back in to see if someone can take a look ... surely they would/could get the car back to operating condition. was immediately shrugged off as though it was a normal condition. finally convince someone to go outside with me. guy says he doesn't know, it's probably fine, if not go to a mechanic. I explain to him of course I'm not going to go right to a mechanic after getting my car serviced here. at this point the nice other guy in the waiting area comes out and helps me fix the alarms and displays. he unfortunately also realizes that they swapped out the wrong two tires on his car. completely disorganized, lacking customer service. I have never written a review like this before but felt like I needed to.

It was expensive, but we bought it anyway, because we were convinced that it will be the last set we ever buy. The salesman was very convincing and were too young and gullible back then, but we've actually been very happy with it all this years. We've had some minor parts replaced for free. I had a pot cleaned and polished. One of the pot burnt and separated at the seam on the bottom, so I returned it, assuming they replace it, but I was told they don't warranty abuse to the units. I admit that I left the pot on the stove a little too long and burnt what I was cooking, but I can't believe that the bottom seam would just separate like that if it hasn't been weakened due to age and the constant scrubbing. The bottom burnt on one side of the pot, only. The side where the seam separated. Why didn't it burn the whole bottom of the pot, since it was centered on the stovetop, getting heat evenly on the bottom. I do not concur with the evaluation of the damage. This is supposed to be a permanent cookware and now my opinion of the product and this company just fell to the floor.

I used Kohls for part of my wedding registry. After months of calling them to ask where my kick…read moreback was for using their registry, they told me that they no longer do that or log it. Mind you, I have been getting the run around from them since Sept...my wedding was in June. The only way to apologize for their error was to give me a $25 credit. Do yourselves a favor and register with crate and barrel.
