Stopped into this Marshalls for a look around and a brief shop of mens wear. The racks are quite full with clothes and much of it seemed to be in the right places, i.e., the mediums with the mediums and the extra larges with the other extra larges. Quite tidy without stacks of stuff in odd places. Prices were hit or miss, as they tend to be. "Compare at..." prices are hilarious. Do people actually think that's a real price anywhere? The store sells men's and women's clothes, boy's and girl's, and a good selection of homewares including travel and kitchen items. read more

Christmas Eve parking was a little tight. The store in general was very tidy with plenty of staff on hand for assistance. The check out lines moved rapidly. Prices here are extremely low compared to the malls. Extra surprise when I was checking out they gave me a nice roll of free wrapping paper, I wish I needed it I already bought Christmas bags. read more

I love this Marshall's- I always find dog toys- and at better prices than at home. Today, I left with 3 full shopping bags. I didn't even need anything, just popped in to kill some time. They could have benefited from a few more cashiers- the line was really long. I noticed some people ended up leaving, due to the wait time. I was here on a Monday around 3. I like Marshalls however not this location. Its always too crowded and people not watching their children. When I say excuse me to get by they stand there maybe cant understand but I'm polite and Dont Need the mean look either. Hard to find someone to assist you if theres no price. Customer Service could be a little better here and friendlier. read more

0 stars !!!! Extremely unprofessional employees. Management should really be more carful hiring these people. I have worked at homegoods for a year in a half in a different state a couple years back and I have never treated a customer with disrespect ever. I work at an amazing location with amazing managers and co workers. Anyways, I was trying to purchase a doll outfit by the brand (our generation) that I had found in the clearance section. There was no price tag but the box wasn't in perfect condition so I figured that it probably was indeed on clearance. I looked around the toy isles trying to see if I could find it in a different spot and I did not. I ended up going back to the clearance section and grabbing two other small doll or nb children outfits that were similar to the outfit I had found. I brought them up to the front desk and told the women that I found this (our generations) doll outfit in the clearance and the other two items I found were the most similar to the doll dress. ( this has been done on my previous location and management has never had an issue with honoring this) She ignored the fact that I brought the other two options up to her and called for help which was totally fine I understand she was just doing her job. The cashier then showed the other employee The two options I found in clearance. She barely glanced at them and immediately said "uh no" with a sarcastic tone. She couldn't even look me in the eyes the entire time .. She should have came up to me to explain that she has to find something maybe even more similar... She was very rude. She ended up coming back with an (American girl)doll item. Anybody that has a young girl or knows a young girl knows that American girl is not the same as our generation.... our generation is a cheap brand and American girl is a name brand. She told me she was going to give the (cheap brand item) the same price as the name brand item!!!! I then said to her that our generation is a cheap brand so why would I pay for the name brand price if I want to buy the cheap brand? She did not look at me in the eye at all nor did she respond to me. She walked over to another employee that was even more rude. (She had very short black hair) That employee said from a distance that I could either take it or leave it! lol I just though it was extremely unprofessional the way they were so incredibly rude and no one could even come up to me and explain to me nicely what was going on the correct and professional way. Again I am a previous Home Goods employee and have never treated a customer this way EVER ...also have never seen a coworker treat a customer this way EVER ! Will not be shopping here again due to the horrible customer service and lack of professionalism. read more

I love this Marshalls! Just got a really cute MK wallet there for 27 bucks! Store is kinda small so not much selections but they are neat.

I was in the Marshall's last night. Sometimes the place is crowded because its near the beach but last night is was slow. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. I went into try on some clothes, the sales associate rolled her eyes. I ignored it. We all have stressful days especially in retail. Another sales associate came in and made a sarcastic comment to the other about how much clothes I was trying on. It was rude. The worst part is you have to page the associates to help you at the bathroom and at the layaway section. The bathroom needs a code to enter. We waited a few minutes for someone to come to layaway to help us and she was the same associate who made the comment and again she was not friendly. I'm going back ti pick up my layaway and I really hope they are friendlier because I will give them a better review. read more

I had a great experience at this store this week. I found great trendy clothing for myself, including a great romper for only $16. I also found big and tall clothing for my in-laws. Customer service was great from the manager, check out girl, and the dressing room attendant. Thanks! read more

HORRIBLE! Some disrespectful employees. One throws your merchandise on the counter like it's nothing and the other laughs with them knowing that their customers were not pleased about that. No respect! It was a group of us so you lost a group of customers and I will make sure to tell many other people to avoid this store. Employees fail to realize that without the customers/consumers they wouldn't have jobs. read more
