This HomeGoods has a lot of really neat and interesting fun things. The only thing that I dinged it for was the pricing I feel like they come across as if they are an affordable HomeGoods store but yet I have seen the same exact things in that store for lower prices and other stores so I don't know if it is a value for what you're getting when you can find it somewhere else less expensive... But, the service was amazing and what I did buy was a great deal for the money. Because I know what something is worth... They had a huge selection of all kinds of Christmas a lot of Christmas stuff really cool Christmas stuff that I wanted, but I just I was on a vacation. What am I gonna do put that in another suitcase and take it home and it's all fragile stuff but I do have to say that's probably one of the best Christmases displays I've ever seen in a HomeGoods all in all my experience was very pleasant and I love what I bought which was basically just a 2024 planner, but it's just a really cute one! The towels shed terribly and after I had washed them the next two loads of clothes I washed had white fuzz all over them. When I took them back and showed them how the fuzz was just coming off the clerk called a manager because I didn't have receipts and I had cut the tags off. I pulled up my credit card online and showed her the purchase for the exact cost of the towels that were defective. I just wanted a store credit and I was planning on buying a bedspread and a couple flower pots. The manager just walked away while I was still talking. I have always liked the store and have spent a lot in the store, but I will ever go back there if that is how their costumer service is.

The management of this story seems to not be thinking clearly in relation to the disabled who need your electric carts to shop In particular, they've decided to block the nearest entrance int the coffee shop where the electric carts are charging. It would be fine, but they also place displays in front of the coffee shop railing which causes the disabled to walk around who need the railing to keep from falling. As I am one who struggles walking at longer distances, I could be severely hurt as I walk with a prosthetic leg. The other option is to place the electric carts closer to the regular shopping carts to charge them I am just trying to make a better suggestion that could save you from a handicapped person serious injury in your store Thank you, Edward A Casto
