I used to think it was just clothing for middle-aged women, but don't let the age of the sales clerks fool you--there is clothing for the younger woman, too. I have purchased blouses here for myself and my 17-year old niece. And they also carry the ultra popular Coobie and Spanx bras. I wouldn't say that it has as many departments as a bigger store, but it has a good selection and enough sales that it's worth dropping in. Do sign up for their e-mail mailing list when you're in the neighborhood; that way you know when they have department wide sales and markdowns. I personally like buying from a regional chain rather than the huge national chains like Macy's when I can, so Four Seasons is great for me. Dozens of the girls on that page screen shot what she wrote and sent it to me. You can read a few of these messages, attached to this review. I've never seen anything like this in my adult life. I have worked retail before, and I was NEVER even half as rude to a customer. Her attitude and behavior were absolutely uncalled for, and instead of purchasing around ten items that I wanted for my upcoming vacation, I walked out empty handed, and will never step foot in there again. We had a great time, thanks in part to A Perfect Pear, in Peoria Heights. We visited a nearby jeweler and then decided to walk around the neighborhood's many stores and restaurants. It's apparent that many/most of the Peoria Heights stores and restaurants are closed on Mondays, surely because they are open on Sundays. Normally A Perfect Pear is also closed, but they are available to be open by appointment, and a prior guest with an appointment departed just as we walked past. We knocked and the lady (apologies for being forgetful with your name... sorry) working let us in to look around. Our daughter explored jeans and shorts, but focused on shirts and picked a very nice one. Thank you, A Perfect Pear. ----- ----- -----
