The staff member (who I believe was the owner), was great at keeping her close by, but I made it clear that I welcomed her furry little presence! Their selection is plentiful - classy and quirky and tailored to all personality types. They have sports one and occupations and I ended up selecting an awesome pair of silver Lego pieces. I was shocked at the poor service for such an important and expensive piece of safety equipment. I have bought helmets there in the past and the fitting was much more thorough. (formerly called Horny Toad - and I'm so glad they changed the name because I used to get a lot of funny looks when I asked stores if they carry Horny Toad). Anyway, prices are on par with other stores that sell this kind of clothing. They do have a clearance section at the back of the store where items are marked down and prices can be quite low. If you need to use the fitting room and staff aren't around, there's an old school bell on the wall that you ring. It's pretty cool! I can't speak about any of their equestrian supplies because I don't know anything about such things, but there's a huge selection. Staff are always friendly and nice. The parking lot is unpaved and bumpy with potholes everywhere, so be careful!

You must call to make an appointment first - they don't take walk-ins. 2. There is limited selection. What they have is what they have. I think the place is overflow from suit manufacturers, so they get what hasn't sold in other places. 3. What they have is FANTASTIC value. I got 3 namebrand suits, 2 shirts, and 4 ties for $1000. And they all look fantastic. 4. They don't do alterations, but can recommend excellent tailors. 5. They know what a good suit should look like. Jimmy and his salespeople are absolutely phenomenal at showing you suits that would look good on your body. They also carry tuxedos, shirts, belts and a limited selection of shoes. I find the availability of luxury items in menswear to be extremely lacking in the Ottawa area, such as at the Rideau center, even at major departments center, such as Nordstrom. This store really has a great atmosphere, and a very relaxed atmosphere. There are a large amount of items, and they are all separated by color, which is a nice touch if you are looking for a specific color, palette and easy to plan a monochromatic look. I will say that the items are definitely more expensive. Expect to see things in a 200 to $500 range.
