My Mom & I came in here for their annual sale. There wasn't very many good deals on their products. It was a little disappointing. I also had $50 in electronic gift cards that their register wasn't accepting. The cashier gave me an 800 # to call & said that they've had this issue before & that I could always come back with my products & "return them" & they would ring them back up so I could use my $50 GC but I live in Vegas & was leaving NH the next day. I still need to call BNB's 800 # to see if they can fix the issue. Staff was very friendly, nice & helpful. Store was clean & very well organized we just wish they had better deals/prices for this annual sale.

All were friendly, and they knew the store well. We picked up a couple of sweaters, some underwear and placed a mail order (which was promptly delivered). There's a good stock here: suits, sweaters, pants, coats, casual and dressy, and pretty good discounts on almost everything we looked at. The tore is clean and roomy, lots of free parking outside, and overall ours was a very good experience. This duplicated a visit here last year when we were helped quickly with a return. Thanks, guys.

Although the report wasn't good - they were out, I was pleased that he offered to help. To me that speaks volumes.... I've also been in there and had staff talking to each other and completely ignore that I was standing in front of them. Worst shopping experience was when the cashier was complaining about the volume of products I was buying... (I had a cart full of items that were shipped overseas to our Armed Services.) Some products are clearly poorly made. Do not buy the paper plates and expect them to hold food. They are not "cheap" if you need to use 6 to get a sturdy plate that won't collapse when you put food on it. The food selection is small but better than nothing. Cleaning products, plastic bags and storage bowls are plentiful. Overall it's worth the trip. Just know that you may not be able to get staff help.
