No call back. I then called again at 3pm spoke with Kyle. He accused me of "bombarding him with phone calls" and said I had no right to "take attitude with him" regarding my items and proceeded to hang up on me. Other than today's phone call, I only called his business ONCE. He is ridiculous. He felt there was no need to inform me of the progress. Mind you, I never received any sort of receipt for my items when I dropped them off and at this point, was actually concerned that my items were lost. Kyle did not like my concern about this, however, after two months I do feel I have a right to know as a paying consumer. So, in closing I will never give this shop my business again and have also left a review with the BBB regarding this experience. So rude.

Lunachics is piece of "gold" that dwells in the small, but very lovely town of Exeter, NH. I live in New York City and have shopped at all the lower end retail stores and many of the high-end stores, too. What I am interested in is style and QUALITY! Lunachics is a women's clothing store (and they also have a wide variety of fantastic jewelry that works to enhance your 'dinner outfits' or a fancy lunch) that has an unbelievable assortment of JEANS! When I looked at all the types of Jeans that were fashionably organized, I KNEW there had to be ONE or maybe TWO pairs that would work for me! There are also interesting tops, sweaters, and a really great selection of "designer" clothes. I asked the owner, Dana, where she buys some of her clothes. (You can;t find a lot of her products in other stores within a 40 mile radius). She said she buys all the clothes herself and takes many trips to NYC and looks for items she thinks will work for her "New Hampshire" client! Dana also said that she likes bringing a "little bit of New York style" to her New England clients so they know what is popular and can get a variety of ideas for new outfits. I was impressed with the decor of the store and I felt like I was having a 'shopping experience' that was relaxed and even fun! I found the prices moderate to sometimes high, but the higher end items were QUALITY clothes (dresses, jackets, shoes) that I knew would "last a long time!" I think clothes are an "investment" and I want a jacket , a scarf, or even a little bracelet to last! I strongly suggest stopping by LUNACHICS in Exeter, NH! A very friendly atmosphere with employees that let you wander around the store taking everything in at your own pace-what a relief ! And, if you have children and pets LUNACHICS caters to them, too! I loved seeing children playing and not crying or yelling to leave the store! LUNACHICS will be my FIRST stop when I arrive in Exeter next month! Thanks LUNACHICS! JSD read more

I can't say enough good things about LunaChics! This is the best place to shop in the Seacoast area. The environment is fun and inviting. They always have great music playing and the staff is so warm and friendly. EXTREMELY helpful! They offer a wide range of sizes, especially with their jeans. I still can't get over their huge jean wall - unbelievable selections. They truly are the jean experts! They helped me find two great fitting pairs of jeans - that were under $100! They carry a lot of brands, some more expensive than others. And you can often find a good deal when they have a sale. I wouldn't say they are overpriced. You'd have to spend a lot more if you went to a store in Portsmouth or Boston! The store was also voted best boutique in NH this year!! read more

LunaChics is a fantastic store, with wonderful people working there. I have shopped in the store during each of my 3 visits to Exeter, and each time have been impressed with the individual service/attention provided. Accessories are reasonably priced at the store, and the clothing is fashionable, fun and is priced competitively, compared to similar boutiques. The owner could not have been nicer to us during our last visit. She welcomed my daughter (who is a student at PEA) to return to the store anytime- whether to shop, or just to relax. All of the members of the staff are helpful and kind. I recommend LunaChics to anyone looking for great clothing, accessories, wonderful service and a comfortable place to shop! read more

I've lived in Exeter for a long time now; LunaChics is my favorite store for all my shopping needs. Going to the mall is out of the question, at least the malls we have around here. Not only can you find something in your price range you can find a gift for a teenager to any age! They definitely have the best atmosphere for your children to your significant other, with a couch, TV, snacks and beverages. I highly recommend stopping by, whether it's to find some great new jeans, a fun top and a great selection of accessories. Thank you LunaChics for always tending to my wants and just being a great downtown store! :) read more

Still an aesthetically pleasing place to browse, and they have a select quantity of beautiful clothing, shoes, and accessories. So many lovely, quality items! This year I bought two ample-sized shawl/wrap/scarves (Daisy big wrap) for when it eventually gets cold (it was in the 80s the day I bought them, but I know winter is a-comin'). They are incredibly soft, and come in the most gorgeous colors (I bought one in a deep plum color, and another in a rich teal. I hate winter, but I will be prepared to keep warm in style. The wraps were just $24, and I already know I'll be getting many compliments when I wear these. I also bought a light, airy poncho that can be worn several ways. I bought one here last year--in indigo--and I wear it over solid-colored basics. I never fail to get compliments on it (and it adds just the right amount of light warmth and coverage, as well as a pop of color--sorry, I normally stay away from using overplayed terms like that, but it fits). It's the Van Klee poncho, just $22, and I got one in fuschia. I fell in lust with some of their fabulous jewelry but had to get back to my laundry. I think I'll be back before heading home on the weekend. As noted in my previous review, the ladies working in the shop were friendly and helpful, but not right on top of me as I shopped (thank you, thank you). This is my favorite shop in York.
