The store is clean and well stocked full of nicely priced quality items. I have always enjoyed this location. However one particular check out associate is absolutely out of control. She is a balding older Asian woman that wears a cheap looking suit. It seems she is trying to represent that she is a manager of some sort. She starts by asking if you want a free bag with your purchase. What? Then goes on to tell me I probably don't know about bags and that they are free and all kind of crazy chatter. Then tries to swindle me into one of the Rewards Cards again by telling me it's free and I don't understand the CC swipe machine charges 3% to the store and that makes prices go up, but if I get her free rewards card I can fight that! Lady, it's not my first day shopping or being tackled at the register for this "offer". I know you get a candy bar for selling rewards CREDIT CARDS to people, please stop! She lied to me about what the card is, I said that's a credit card, and she said "oh no, it's free rewards you don't understand". What a hazard she is. I watched her speak broken English to a Spanish woman inline before me. She got her drivers license from her by saying "you don't worry, it free". How disrespectful to speak like that!Then continued to use the word free, had her sign and ran her credit, the woman didn't even understand what was going on, she thought she was getting something for free! The credit was denied and she then stopped pushing but told the woman she would give her a free bag anyway and to call her bank. I'm not sure where the managers are when she is lying to people and running their credit without them understanding what is going on? Maybe they enjoy it because I bet the managers get more than free candy bars when their cashiers sell these Credit Cards.. Well if you want to be lectured by a cashier for 10 mins on why you should get their credit card have at it. Victoria is the most argumentative cashier I have ever dealt with. She told me this was the number one store in RI. Only because tourists flock there. But cashiers like her will keep your locals away. I purchased $700 worth of gift cards today and should have just told her to keep them or asked for a manager. I won't be back. read more

This is the BEST Marshall's I've been to. The store is combined with HomeGoods and it's huge! Definitely my favorite!

Stuff. And lots of it. At good prices. This one is a "Super" Marshall's which means, I guess, that this particular location is larger than others. It sure seems big. Today's journey was unsuccessful. Flip flops. Leather. Somewhat dressier than what you might wear to the beach. This because my sweet Oakley Strap Jacket sandals blew out on me last weekend and I then looked like Quasimodo, dragging my right foot around in a blown out flip flop. But I digress. Mens and ladies clothing and footwear (although the men's footwear section is definitely lacking). Brand names. Good prices. House stuff. I do enjoy this place. read more

This place is a bit overwhelming. It's so big inside but still seems a bit cramped. And it's always packed. I've found some great men's brands in here before (Vince, Tommy Bahama, Robert Graham & even RRL) but most of it is your usual crappy stuff you find at any discount brands store. Some of the better stuff can be just horrendously ugly and/ or in a weird size. They do offer men's (& children's) shoes in addition to just women which is a plus. I always have a hard time finding anything decent for myself. The Home Goods section is where this store really shines. They have almost anything for your home you could imagine. You just need to really take your time in this place because of its size. If you look long enough you just might find something worth purchasing. read more

I'm not a big shopper, but this is a good store. It big...really big. But fairly easy to navigate. If you're on vacation and forgot something at home, you can probably find it here...and not pay an arm and a leg for it. If it's a rainy day, this where a lot of vacationers will end up. The lines tend to move fairly quickly, even when busy. Selection ample for clothing. They have electronic accessories; mostly for mobile phones. They have a rather large home good sections as well. The kitchen section is well stocked too. If you're rental is missing utensils, you can pick some extra up here. read more

I've been in Rhode Island for years now. This store is quite a drive, from Providence but it's worth it. I love the fusion of clothing and also many things for the home. The main reason I enjoy this store is because of the large selection of name brands, without breaking the bank. If I had more free time, I would visit more often. 5 stars, large selection on items. Also, not everyone knows about this location, so that's the main reason they always have great specials and varieties. read more

The Marshalls/TJ Maxx near me (Milford, Attleboro etc) have been so boring, little product, same old same old which for me has been disappointing lately. I like this Marshalls because the products were packed in- LOTS to look at and many new things. I reeeaaaalllly loved the work out/gym clothes section in this one- SO much stuff and good stuff too- Reebok/Puma. Was really pleased. I also found a very cute black raincoat with moto sleeves/ hood for 18 dollars on clearance (large clearance section too) read more

My favorite place to shop in south county! I always check here before heading up to Warwick! Who doesn't love a good bargain?! Great clothes for both women and men. Love there home goods section. I've found great accent pieces for my home here. read more

This is not only a Marshalls it is a Marshalls/Home Goods. (They are in the same conglomerate as TJ Maxx) I always insist my Mom bring me here when I am visiting her. My one bit of advice would be if you see something especially furniture type stuff-buy it. My Mom found a cat tower she wanted and the next week she said all the other ones were gone. I often have to talk myself out of buying stuff-how many Marc Jacobs Perfume gift sets does one need? (As of now only Lola because they seem to be phasing it out and it was the ONLY one in the store) It is crowded-I never feel like its crazy-they usually have enough cashiers working so the lines move pretty fast. read more

This place has tons of things. And that can be good or bad. Narragansett AND Wakefield need more affordable clothing stores. We used to have so many! Now they are gone. You can go to Job Lot but there's no guarantee that you'll find something there that's not sweats. At Marshalls you'd better be an unusual size because that's typically what you will find most of. If you are a large man or woman expect few pieces and weird patterns or strange styles. You can get some regular clothing there also. Just don't expect them to always be in stock. This is a problem with most Marshalls (and T J Maxx's,) T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, A.J. Wright are banded together in a multi-company agreement. Don't ask me, that is just how it is. They are in America, Canada and Europe. They intentionally sell the clothes they do so that people have to pick through them as a "treasure-hunt shopping experience". This kind of shopping is what promotes my habit of buying online. But sometimes you need to go out and get something. If you are a size 12 tranny and need lime green glittering pumps, Marshalls will satisfy you. If you are size 16 expect to be disappointed when you need a simple red blouse. If that cow pattern prom dress with purple satin frills catches your eye maybe you'll forget about the top! I don't mean to snarky but I need a store that will sell the basics. Little black dress, ankle socks in cotton, basic panties, jeans without patches, simple tops in real colors, you rarely find them here. They do have a huge area that sells shoes though. They also are interesting to look at. Stiletto combat boots, Minnie Mouse Mary Janes, metallic blue gladiator sandals along with other pumps and sneakers you'll find something. They also have a Home Goods within the store. I've gotten my 600 count sheet set there at a bargain bargain price because some of the truly tragic stuff is on the clearance shelf. And you can find some great stuff there if you're lucky. The kitchen ware is on par with the many gadgets that are offered in catalogs for people who have too much money and don't cook. Who really needs a garlic press that will last until Armageddon? And are you really going to buy a plastic baggie that has cocoa mix and sprinkles and marshmallows for $2.99? This is an excellent place to come to if you need to waste some time before a movie or an appointment. Look at all this stuff. It looks like Santa's attic! Could somebody please open a clothing store or department store that sold some practical items? The Dollar Tree next door makes more sense. read more

I visited Marshalls Point Judith location on Monday 6/26/17. I went to this store hoping to find a dress to wear later that same day. I quickly found four items that I wished to try on and headed towards the fitting rooms. When approaching the fitting rooms I was unpleasantly greeted by a sales associate who handed me a fitting room tag. The fitting room was exceptionally busy which allowed a line to form for the next available dressing room. Once a room was available I tried on all four items and was pleasantly surprised with two out of my four items. When leaving the changing room I mistakenly forgot the dressing room tag I was handed prior to entering. The associate CeCe was beyond rude, she insisted I find the tag to turn back into her. I explained I was not sure which dressing room I was in, however she demanded I get the tag prior to leaving the dressing room area. Being that every dressing room was full, I was unable to find the tag. She then erratically banged on fitting room doors in attempts to locate it. Unable to find the tag, she grabbed all my items from me and dismissed me. She was of no assistance to me and her behavior was unprofessional and undeniably ignorant. read more
