Very rude staff here. (the younger ones ... the older staff seem to be pretty on point). I had a really bad check-out experience while trying to return something with a clueless employee who also had a chip on her shoulder. I think they should allow some of the older, more experienced staff with better customer service skills handle the returns. I shop at Marshalls a lot ... A LOT! And have never had as bad customer service as I did at this place. The selection here is just kind of blah. Lots of fleece, flannel and hoodies. It seems like this location has more workout stuff than actual clothing. The home section is also surprisingly small, except for candles which they have a ton of. If you are looking for workout clothing, hoodies or cheap Chinese down jackets, this is your spot. If you are looking for business clothing or even some nice, name brand casual stuff, you are probably better of going to the outlets in Lee. Again, my best suggestion is to retrain the younger employees with the premise that people will not shop there if the cashiers are moody and grumpy. I know it's probably only a part time job for them but they should act more like the older cash register employees who seem to give a damn about customer experience. If you don't know the policies of your store, don't make them up and stick with your answer stubbornly. It will be more embarrassing for you when a manager has to correct your mistake and apologize to the customer who knew the policy all along. read more

Maybe it was my Marshall's withdrawals, but this was the best Marshall's ever! Lol. The store isn't huge, but i found a lot of treasures here and most of them were on clearance. I didn't have to search hard to find amazing deals, sale prices were outrageous. I found things that would've normally cost 10-15 dollars for 1-3 dollars each. It was one of the highlights of my day, since the Marshall's is still closed in nyc. It was refreshing to walk around the isles aimlessly trying to find nothing in particular, but everything at the same time. (Does that make sense? I missed the feeling of shopping in stores (damn you COVID-19). So as i said before, it could've been that i haven't been inside a store shopping in months that gave me the best feeling ever, but Marshall's was the perfect store to do it. I also love going to smaller Marshall's in smaller communities because the gems you find in there, i would NEVER find here in NYC. It's the little things that bring us joy. This is the only place in the Berkshires that has a wide selection tion of swimsuits at reasonable prices. We went to Gap, Niki, J. Crew and Dress Barn and were shocked that there were no swimsuits in the middle of the summer...only Gap had a very small selection. So, if you are in the Berkshires and looking for a swimsuit, this is the place to go. read more

It's a discount store. So sometimes they have what you like, sometimes they don't. Prices are great for quality if you shop carefully. We've gotten some fabulous deals and an occasional mistake. So it goes. read more

Most of products in this shop is sporting wear. The space is not enough. So 10s of hangs are full of clothes that is difficult to move. Something for house like kitchen and bed and bath, but most of them are few choice. I would not go again. read more

I usually go into this Marshalls whenever I want to buy a gift for someone. Last night (10/26/22 around 5:30pm) went into the store to find a blanket for a birthday gift because all the blankets I've ever gotten from this store have been amazing. After finding a blanket I decided to browse a little and was looking at some items when a woman comes barreling down the aisle I'm in and basically pushes me into the shelf. I said excuse me and she didn't acknowledge my existence at all. At first I thought this was a shopper like myself but then I noticed it was a older woman stocking things for the store. I tried to find a name tag but of course she wasn't wearing one. She seemed like the only person stocking at that time and I watched her cut people off and get in front of them as well. I'm not usually one to complain about these things but I could have knocked my head right into one of the shelves and I don't believe this woman would have cared. All other staff I came into contact with were very nice and respectful of other shoppers. I do enjoy going to this store in Lenox but may end up avoiding it in the future if this woman is allowed to act this way. read more

Unfriendly staff Linda S! Im a regular shopper and this week i stopped at 9:05p to pick up a pair of shoes i had seen earlier to be met at the door by Linda S with "we are closing" and i said pointing at the hours on the door "i thought it was 9:30" she said "yeah, 15 minutes" well Ms. S. Love the new look of the store. I always find something to buy in here. I gave it 1 stars because the bargains may be good but the staff is not. I use to shop here quite a bit and the staff is RUDE. One day, I had it, and I complained to the manager and she rather than make me feel better as a customer went into a defense of the employee saying that she was in a rush because it was her lunch break. Only after me pushing did she back down and say she would talk to the staff member. That was my last trip into the store. This store needs a course in customer service 101 or maybe a complete over haul of management and staff. A few of my friends have shared similar experiences with me. Whats up? Customer service is most certainly not a priority here. read more

This is a great Marshall's, with a lot of really awesome deals. A quarter of my closet has been purchased here! It has a good layout, and a pretty decent selection. Staff are courteous and polite. I've never had any problems at this store, and I've shopped here several times. read more

Great store with great prices, clean dressing rooms and very organized store. I visited for 1 week in June and ended up shipping items back home to Missouri. I love Marshalls! read more
