Blue Q and its people are the BEST. I had an issue with my order and Paul spared no effort to help me get it right. I would HIGHLY recommend checking out this beautiful company and their lovely merchandise. I write again soon when I receive the product as I am sure it is going to be delightful. read more

Blue Q is my favorite company for fun gifts for gal pals. Their creative designs are witty, funny and sometimes sassy. What's not to love? I have purchased their products in shops in the past, and in November, I ordered from their website due to an incredible sale. Not only did I score a slew of excellent deals, I also received the most generous bag of freebies. Shipping took only a few days. I'm a big fan of whimsical socks, and sadly, many brands at the same price point as Blue Q fail to hold up after multiple washes. I have never had an issue with Blue Q's socks. For this reason, I will only buy socks from them when I am giving as a gift. read more

Blue Q - The freebies I received with my November 2023 order were fantastic! - Accessories Near Me - Pittsfield, Massachusetts

I was given a Blue Q bag Way back in 2011. It had pictures of things with the French names for them all over it. At some point, the handles wore out and I replaced them with a new handles. I used that bag for everything! Then after over a decade of service, the bag itself gave out. Value? What else can you buy these days that lasts over 10 years? I just ordered another one. I hope it gives me another 10+ years of service. read more

Love Blue Q! Always something for every personality, and their bonus bag is legit! Super happy with my order!

I'm a Blue Q ho. I admit it. I got Blue Q tote bags. Pouches. Tea towels. Socks. Sassy, smart alecky, a little bit off color, why yes, that exactly describes me. I have been on an endless and expensive search for the perfect lightweight tote bag to bring to work. It had to be lightweight (because I walk over a mile a day through the mean streets of Philadelphia to get to my office every day), tough (because I take the train, betches), waterproof (hello) and cute. I've spent an insane and embarrassing amount of money on tote bags, only to finally stumble upon Blue Q's sale section one day on their website and spotting the most adorable tote bags ever for ridiculously cheap! Well, I've now gotten several versions, all perfect and rugged.... except when the plastic lining started to come off. Well, that's not very nice or eco-friendly, is it? I emailed a query to customer support, got a response back WITHIN THREE MINUTES, and in less than an hour, they had sent me a brand new replacement tote that arrived on my doorstep a few days later. I am not worthy. So hence, I am obsessed and grateful for this funky, quirky, amazing company. read more

Such an adorable company with great products. Check out the Vladimir Pootin lavatory spray... smells great! I ordered a couple items and received some free socks, an apron, and a nice toothbrush. Warmed my heart! Thanks BLUE Q! read more

While I was waiting to pick up my car from the repair shop (everyone's favorite thing do to of course), a cool cat started up a conversation with me. She liked my scarf and I totally dug her bag. "You know, it's BlueQ!" she said matter of factly. Hmmm. BlueQ huh? I thought to myself. When I got home, I went online and checked them out. Cool, affordable bags made from 95% recycled content, gifts, and all kinds of fun stuff! I ended up picking up the bird shopper, sunny side up shoulder tote, sporty overnighter and the travel light overnighter. A few days later when my package from BlueQ arrived, I was in a really bad place. In fact, the past few weeks have been pretty awful. My dog was just diagnosed with Stage 5 lymphoma/acute lymphatic leukemia, I'm still grappling with a back injury and a few other pretty heavy setbacks in my life were taking a toll. So, I opened the box up and I noticed that what I ordered was there - along with other items I hadn't ordered. Then I found a card in the box that said something like 'hope you like your free loot!' and there were a couple of bracelets and a few ridiculous comic books. It's been a long time since I've laughed, and I couldn't help but actually, genuinely, really, laugh when I read the Romeo & Juliet comic. For a moment, I forgot all about the crap that's rained on my life these days, and just let it go and laughed along with the Capulettes and the Weirdos. BlueQ thank you for giving my heart a little lift. You've got a customer for life. read more

Ten years ago I bought a zippered Blue Q tote bag from a ferry gift shop. I needed something for convenience at that moment. Well, all these years later I am still using it. I've had many compliments on it. After a decade, the material is just beginning to wear in one small spot, the zipper has never failed. This tote can take a heavy load, straps are sturdy. I just ordered two new totes. Looking forward to the new patterns, great quality, and extremely long use! read more

I love this store, I had problems with shipping and this store and its customer service were extremely understanding and kind. They sent my package again with no problem and I got some free products that made me very excited. I would absolutely recommend for any type of present or even personal gift! read more

How was my BlueQ experience? Well, it was pretty damn awesome, thank you very much. In an age of Kafkaesque "customer service" call centers, I called BlueQ and got to an actual English speaking human being within 30 seconds of the first ring. The problem with my order was addressed in about a minute with replacement items shipped out the same day. Wow. "Customer Service" has taken on a whole new (and not entirely positive) meaning, but with BlueQ, I was a customer who actually received service. Amazing. BlueQ is like a candy store for the irreverent, snide, and cynical who cultivate a sense of humor. Give me more of that. read more

Blue Q is RIDICULOUS - in the best way. I recently ordered some bags from them. Okay, number 1, they showed up THE NEXT DAY! I didn't order special shipping or anything. Number 2, when I opened the box I was disappointed - in myself. The first bag, on the top of the pile, was a cute bag that I had put in my basket, and then thought I removed, because I already had other bags in there and couldn't financially justify another one. I couldn't believe I didn't actually remove it from my cart. ....except I HAD! They just threw it in as a freebie! I really love this company - I don't order from them as much as I'd like, because I really just order their shoulder bags, which hold up really well! I've often gotten compliments on the shoulder totes - people have actually asked me if they were designer! I' love they're 95% recycled, too. And the packaging was minimal! Which I love - less waste. I'm kind of hard to please, but Blue Q consistently blows me away! I wish more companies were like it! read more

Fun, colourful products, great quality, received my order in a timely fashion with some extra goodies.

I love their products but I got a free stuff bump on my first order...so cool and now I will be loyal customer

Hi. My name is Jenny. And I'm a Blue Q addict. (hi jenny) It started several years ago, I stumbled upon the good stuff. I had to have it. Over time, I just needed it more and more. I couldn't wait to get my next fix of Blue Q. I found myself up, late at night, buying, dreaming of the good shit, not knowing where I'd get my next hook up. I was always looking for my next easy score. I started buying more. I was a fiend, waiting at my door for the delivery to be made. It never came fast enough. But when it did, wow, what a rush. So many colors, shiny stuff, and made real well. This wasn't the back alley stuff, this was good, quality shit. I found myself always getting slizzard on Blue Q. I have a huge stash of Blue Q. I am a daily user, and always have it with me. It makes me feel safe and warm, and I have my choice of stuff, because I stock up. I'll never be without it. I'm constantly high on Blue Q. I'm always jonesin' for the next hit. Since their shit is made from 95% post consumer materials, I know it's real pure. All of their product is totally uncut. I know Blue Q is always holding what I need. None of their items have been stepped on. They always have my next bump of what I need. That's why I love Blue Q. read more

They have great stuff, but their customer service is horrible. I wanted a specific product that they sent as a "freebie". I was willing to pay for the freebie. Not only did they tell me that they wouldn't send it, they told me I had to buy stuff I didn't want and they _might_ put the freebie in. Yeah, right. I was thinking of complaining up the chain but then I found this article about their practices: http://consumerist.com/2014/10/01/when-consumer-complains-about-sexist-socks-dont-question-the-airflow-to-her-genitals/ Apparently, I'm not the only person they've told to f--- off. Not worth it. So, to sum up, although I love their products, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I was sufficiently mad to go in and review them on Yelp. read more

This company is SUCH a different thing in a world of sameness! Not only do they make BANG UP products, they write the funniest copy on the planet since John Fluevog - further proof of their genius. They may not have invented the messenger bag or even socks, but they sure are making them like no one else and we can't get enough. Not to mention I know they support charities that benefit the severely impoverished children and I could not be a bigger fan - of their product, their writing, and the way they do business. Bravo, Blue Q, my beautiful creators! Thanks for the laughs and the bags. And the socks. And the whack. And the...oh, you get it... read more

Ever have one of those days where you're just so moody and your face expressing it isn't enough? I have been having those days lately, therefore, one of my girlfriends thought that it would be really cute to get me these socks as a novelty gift. Now that there is a bit of sun in Vancouver I have been wearing my "I Hate Everyone Too." read more

The stuff they have on their website is some really cool nice little gifts for people during the holidays. They have awesome socks that work great for a girlfriend, coworker, and friends. I ordered 2 pairs of socks and they sent me a special gift inside. The special gift was ANOTHER FREE PAIR OF SOCKS, DISH TOWEL, some gum, and 2 little zip baggies. Like wow, they didn't have to do that but they did. Overall love the products on the website, I love the produces when they arrive with good quality, and the love the owners who provide free stuff!!!!!! It was also quick shipping, I did the standard shipping and it came right when they said it would. Thank you -blueQ, keep up the great work. read more

BlueQ has the cutest (and affordable!) items ever! On top of that, they have the best customer service! My purse was recently stolen, and inside were several of BlueQ's little storage pouches. Of course, I was upset to lose my cards, but equally upset to lose the quirky pouches. After much research, I finally found their site and reordered. I'm so happy to see the cute birds every time I reach for my phone. While I was on their site, I also ordered great gifts. For my ex-boss (and good friend) I bought the "You're not the boss of me" socks. She loved them! read more

I have ordered from Blue Q for years, and love every thing I've received. They have the quirkiest, most unusual items. I have lots of the various size zipper bags, and large tote bags. The colors are so saturated and beautiful, and the designs are just a hoot. My orders from Blue Q have always come in less than a week, and I especially love the "Get Free Stuff" promotionals. It's like opening a Christmas present. So, I would recommend Blue Q to anyone who wants something really different and unusual, and very affordable. read more

I love the products and have given their oven mitts as gifts to a couple of friends. I had a small issue with a product and their customer service was amazing. Super responsive, kind, personal and went above and beyond my expectations. Really nice experience. Thank you! read more

Awful customer service. Lily Palmer, Credit Manager didn't make an effort to solve problem. Website and description on merchandise is misleading. Too focused on $$$$. Will never order from Blue Q. Buyers beware. Shipping fees are also high and take over 1.5 weeks to arrive. Seems that they make $$&& on shipping too. You're better off shopping on EBay. Same items for a lot less. read more

I love--love--this company. I'd been getting crazy-cute and clever gifts over the years from Blue Q never knowing they were from the same source or even what that source was. And when I tried to replace an adorable small coin purse of theirs whose zipper finally broke after years of use, I did not know where to start hunting down how to replace it (Amazon was no help at all). So I gave up -- until in the amazing gift shop at the Peabody Essex Museum, in Salem, MA, I spied little purses like it, plus larger pouches and hilarious dish towels and totes, so I took a photo of the logo on display, tore into the internet, and found the Blue Q website. I will never be the same. Aside from being enormously entertaining, it offered me tons of gift ideas -- especially for upcoming hosts for when we travel abroad (so lightweight, and who doesn't like birds?). They win on wit and whimsey alone, but then there's the affordability factor, plus the extraordinary customer service (everything arrived in two days, in a sturdy package that was somehow also easy to access), PLUS a few extras, "just because." (Who does that? Who??). Like other reviewers have written, this makes you feel so freaking good that you can't wait to order more stuff, just to show them how great they you feel. (And yes, they still had the same adorable coin purse, thank you very much.) (Not to mention I learned on this Yelp site that they're located in the Berkshires, my favorite place on Earth.) read more

Blue Q is the absolute best for great buys. And their customer services is fantastic. I ordered and it was shipped within a few hours. The employees are great and so easy to contact. I have ordered twice and I think they are one of the best on-line retailers to order from ever. In fact, if I lived in Pittsfield, MA, I would apply for a job with them. read more

really fun products! unique! I found a great place to buy them: www.slant.biz

I am addicted to their website!! In fact, I should be their most popular customer and fan. Moreover, I have samples of all the "crap" I buy in my bag to show off their products. So if you have gotten a sudden out pour of sales in the past months from Los Angeles, you can thank me with some free stuff for $23+ Jane read more
