I have consciously chosen to donate mint condition beautiful items instead of selling them, because I love this store and what it offers to humans and animals. I started using the purse shortly after Christmas and while away on vacation during the week of Jan. 19-26 the zipper broke. Not only that 3 out of the 4 handles started breaking. When I returned from vacation I brought to pocketbook in to show the owner he said oh we can fix that. Then I showed him the handles. He said I'll have someone look at it and call you back. He did call me back about 10 days later and said my purse was ready. When I stopped in to get it the zipper had been repaired but someone had just put some glue on the straps. I said how long do you think that's going to last? And his answer was something like I don't know how much stuff you put in your purse. I also own a business and if I treated my customers like this they wouldn't return, just like I'm going to do to his business. He sells expensive , cheap pocketbooks and doesn't stand behind his products. Buyer beware!
