There's something for every budget and the store is fairly organized. I primarily shop the clothing side, but the other side has great finds for home decor and tech accessories. I also spend a lot of time perusing the health and beauty section which is well stocked. Prices are very reasonable and I have found beautiful shoes for $40 and under and top name brands priced under $20! There's no way I can go to this location and leave empty handed. I can't speak too much on service because I find I don't interact much with staff until I reach the register and the cashiers are generally friendly.

This was my first time visiting Boscov's actually, at the Providence Mall! They had so much to offer; lots of home appliances, clothes, accessories, makeup, etc. found it to be very similar to Sears? Though we didn't end up buying anything and just did a quick walk through, they seem to have pretty reasonable prices. Found it cool that they are still expanding locations to this day & seemingly thriving!

When we asked what the reason for it was, she said we have no business being there, also said we have to talk to a sales associate the second we get in the store to look at anything. Then my friend went to ask the same lady for a scissors after we left, to cut something open that she bought from the store, and she didn't even look up and said "NO" aggressively and shooed her away with her hands. I strongly wanna say that this was racism, i was with 4 people of color and she was only harshly directing everything towards them.

Much of the inventory rotates seasonally. Right now (February) they have gardening supplies such as raised planters, potting soil, pots and seeds. They usually have bird seed and other outdoor items as well. Area carpets are always in stock as are a mix of household storage items, cooking needs and cleaning products. Clothing options also rotate with the seasons so winter coats and mittens in the cold weather, swim suits and t-shirts in warm. Definitely the sort of stop you make to 'see what's in stock' while also being a reliable stop for jams and such. Staff are usually busy and helpful when asked. They share a large parking lot with other businesses and handicapped spots are located near the door. Sometimes the aisles are cluttered with lots of inventory, sometimes shelves are empty: especially when the seasonal items are turning over. Still, it's all nearly organized.

The cashier has apologized for the long wait and is doing the best he can. But no other workers come up to help them, and they're so busy they can't call for help.
