I normally love this store and I love everything about it. My only issue is some of the employees literally stalk you down and make you feel so uncomfortable while shopping there. A few days ago, me and my sister went in this specific store and automatically the employees probably thought we were going to steal, which is such bad behavior. Just because some people steal doesn't mean that you have to track down every single person and expect them that they're gonna steal. Every single aisle we were in these two girl employees kept on walking past us so many times eyeing us down. Nobody wants to steal from your store anyways just because some teen girls wanna go shopping doesn't mean that they're automatically gonna steal everything. GROW UP . I don't know their names, but I know one of them has glasses and dark brunette hair. read more

This is the best Marshall's in the area! It has amazing selection, a ton of clearance any time I go in, cool house stuff/seasonal decor, pet supplies galore and basically everything you'll need. Everyone that works there is always super nice too! read more

I've shopped here many times and have always been happy. This morning was my first visit in two years. While shopping I heard a page for cashiers. I noticed no associates from the floor moved to go up front. When I got up front there was a long line with one cashier. There was a lady behind the counter at a register but on the phone. I waited a while but the situation remained with just one cashier, so I left the product near the coffee and walked out. read more

I love stopping at Marshall's and check out their gadget section...it's always fun to see what new has been placed out for sale and what fun technologies there are. I saw this scalp massager and I was intrigued...Scalp massagers are supposed to increase blood flow to the scalp, promoting hair growth and relieving stress. For less than $5, I thought, that is not a bad deal...so I got one. Hope it helps....LOL.... read more

By far the best Marshalls I have ever been too. It was so clean, organized and the staff were pleasant.

Marshalls is one of those stores you drop in to have a look around. Just in case. All the usual items: clothes for the whole family, accessories, shoes, housewares. We found a new holiday decor item. They had several items in different areas of the store. Departments were well organized. Store is bright. Aisles are wide enough. Check-out is a single line. They call the next person to the next available cashier. A shared parking lot with several other businesses was busy so you may have a bit of a walk to the store. read more

Very disappointed in Lincoln Ri Marshalls store. It appears something has changed drammatically and now this store is looking more and more like a cheap ooutlet store. It has been pretty sloppy and you can just forget about the shoe dept which looks more and more like the cheapest shoes from China found heir way to Marshalls. read more

This Marshall's has a pretty good selection of women's clothing and I've scored several nice dresses here. They also occasionally sell Starbucks coffee for several dollars per bag less than Market Basket. Note that the coffee is generally a just few months away from expiring, but the way I drink coffee, it won't get anywhere close to that expiration date! My main complaint about this store is that the lines are always soooo long. I typically shop here during my lunch break or on the weekends and even during the week the lines are insane. Definitely not the largest Marshall's but worth a look-see if you're in the area. There's also a Savers next door if you want to take your bargain hunting to the next level. read more

I like the selection of women's clothes, beauty products and home goods. I recently bought home items and clothes for myself and a family member. At the checkout I sorted the items into 3 orders. When I returned items from each order, the clerk was patient and thanked me for separating the items by order/receipt. That was kind and not expected. My only negative is when I returned an online order paid with Paypal, I was given a store credit card. I thought the credit would go back to the card I used in Paypal. read more

I don't love this Marshalls, and here's why: the selection of clothing is skimpy, and they don't cary any higher-end brands whatsoever. I went in to look for a swimsuit for an upcoming beach vacation, only to find zero swimsuits to chose from. I also popped in to pick up some undershirts for my husband, but was so turned off by the lack of selection that I just turned around and left. I know they boast their amazing shoe specialty shop, but c'mon, Marshall's -- you're supposed to have an amazing selection of everything, and I found nothing. I won't bother returning. read more

Quick tip: Needs assistance at checkout. Lots of employees standing around. This was my first trip to the EP Marshall's. I was instantly impressed, having found 2 pair of shoes in the first aisle. I was ecstatic - crunched for time and loving my finds. But standing in line at the register for a long time???? Not thrilled. Only 2 registers were open but there were a ton of associates. One customer had a massive order and returns and her cashier had no idea how to complete the transactions. She kept asking the other cashier. Many associates came and went noticing the line and just walked away. Marshalls are always busy and I generally expect a line but they always move quick as all hands are on deck to help the customers. read more

One of the better stores in the area. Shoe department is always good for a mood lifter. This location is super clean & organized. You won't find yourself stepping over clothing & shoes left on the floor like other locations. If you're on the hunt for higher end designers I would skip it. read more

I wasn't really impressed with the selection at the store. Maybe is it going downhill from the last two reviews. I can usually walk into a TJ Maxx or Marshalls, no problem and at least find something I might want but not really need. The dress and skirt section was small and overpicked. The only thing that was somewhat decent was the shoe section. Overall, I think I will only stop by this location if I am going to the Savers next door. Maybe I just came in between shipments. read more

Decent store. Store is loaded with a lot of household, clothing, house and improvement items. Didn't see a lot of offers though and found prices on the upper end. They got their own dedicated parking. read more

This is a pretty decent Marshalls. It's closest counterpart I believe is TJ Maxx in Seekonk and this is the better of the two in terms of selection and size. read more

I don t like to judge a store on one single bad experience but in this case ... The store is fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. The prices have been much higher as time goes. The selection is not impressive either. The store is organazied in a way that makes u feel like there are many great deals just waiting to be dug out. It s simply not true. It is indeed quite expensive. Back to my "bad" experience now. I bought a coat 4 days ago. At the store it looked okay. Once i tried it the next day and it felt a bit too tight. The sleeves also when i sit seems too short. It just didn t fit right. I go to return it. The first lady is nice. I get her the receipt. I didn t have the tags on it tho. The clerk asks if it was worn. I said yes. She looks through the pockets and finds a lighter. She flipped out !!! She asks me again if it was worn before. She has the proof now. The only thing is that i alteady told her i did wear it. I had to try it on. Mdr sens to me. Not to her. She then said :"what do u want me to do with this F ing lighter, i can t sell it with the lighter in it !" Needless to say i flipped out. I took the coat back. Threw the lighter in the trash can behind her. Later found out by the manager she said i threw it at her. Anyways, bad costumer service and bad manager, who accused me of lying on the phone. Thank god for the cameras. Hope she enjoys the show and learn from it. read more
