There aren't a lot of furniture stores in our area. No worries, because believe it or not, we've found some lovely additions for our new home at HomeGoods The price was right and the pieces of furniture selected have been perfect! One thing consistent about the store in Abingdon is the customer service. The associates are always helpful and cheerful. Checkout is easy and even returns are quick (at least w/a receipt). Not that I return things often, but on the two occasions I have it was simple.

They have everything from chocolate candy to furniture. There is something for everyone here. This is that store you think you were going in for a can opener and come out with a chair, Dog bed and some wine glasses as well as the can opener lol. If you can stay on track they do have a clearance section towards the back of the store that has had very decent items! Oh furniture has their own clearance section in that area..just FYI. Truthfully I give this store lots of props. Even though everything is filled to the brim, it seems most areas are well organized. That is truly a great thing to see because when you go to TJmaxx which they are affiliated to, it's not this organized. So way to go team! All in all this location is very lovely.

Only part of it was processed in time, the rest became available while I was away, with the pickup window set to expire mid-trip. Thankfully, customer service was easy to reach and extended the pickup date without issue. The store's self-pickup area has moved to the front, something I only realized after walking to the back where it used to be. Once there, the process was smooth. The app instructions were clear, and the setup is convenient. Overall, a solid experience with helpful service and a streamlined pickup system.

Would've made so much more sense to put the checkout line in the middle of the store instead of at the opposite end; extremely inconvenient . In my world, I could care less..if I like it then I'll wear it! They also have shoes, housewares, bedding, jewelry, comestics, animal items, carry men clothing, children clothing, even snack foods! It may be a one stop shop for some people! For the most part since their renovation the items are placed in a neatly fashion! Meaning dresses for juniors are in one spot, shorts are in their section and so on. They even rearranged their Checkout lanes so yes they have candies and miscellaneous items for you to walk through...so yes you guessed it so you can buy more lol! So if you have children..you may want them in the cart at this time!! =) Bathroom usage...I wouldn't suggest it unless they have now just up and renovated that too. The staff has always been pleasant and willing to help. They recent redid the parking lot to include plenty of stop signs to ensure safety! This is my Go-To Walmart!

This mall is arguably the worst mall that I have been to. I have been to less than stellar malls…read moresuch as Beltway Plaza Mall in Greenbelt which I just call Greenbelt Mall, and even my childhood favorite mall in Iverson Mall is a shell of its former self. Now, Harford Mall is too dated. I had seen those animal ride toys near the entrance of the mall which is something I have not seen since the 90s and very early 2000s going to the store Ames having those ride on kiddie spring toys like that. The mall is vapid and dull having no energy. The mall does not even want patrons to enjoy and stick around. There are hard chairs and tables flooded in the mall. Most malls have more comfortable seating that is softer and more inviting for people to stick around. The stores do not stand out. Macys was disappointing being so small and limited with not as much flare, depth, and dimension that we are used to having Macys be like. This Macys was surely lacking and did not have it going. The PG Mall Macys is even way better in Hyattsville, and I am not a fan of that one either like that, but it is close to me distance wise for convenience. A lot of the stores are abandoned. I know Covid put a hurting on this mall. The stores still surviving are stores that are not of interest to most people. This mall still has a FYE store with DVDs and other items that are dated and not of interest to a lot of people. Other specialty stores such as a store that sells crystals might be interesting but was dead and empty. Not too many people are going to shell out hundreds of dollars for color rocks, unless you are an archaeologist/geologist or something, but the average person isn't going in there. There is no food court just generic fast food places sprinkled in. Friendly's is in the mall too but just ain't having much going on there too. This mall needs major revitalization or just needs to be scrapped and shutdown altogether.

The store was a little messy, but that's expected due to the amount of people that are in there shopping, nonetheless this didn't take from the items available to choose from. Now the negatives, as I proceeded to the counter to check out, I wasn't greeted at all, she (Sales Associate), (didn't have on a name tag), no greeting, no hello, no anything, she seemed aggravated when I asked her for the total. My bag ripped from the amount of stuff she put in my bag, she could see it was ripped and didn't offer me another bag, and when I asked for one she appeared irritated that I asked. I had to rebag two of my bags because she was throwing so much stuff in one bag. Upon checking out she handed me the receipt and sarcastically says "have a great day". As the next two customers checked out she greeted them both by saying "Hello , how are u doing , did you find everything u needed", Customer service was horrible and very disappointing! Price wise , it was really affordable!

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, I've always felt like I got the best price when comparing to similar businesses in the area. All around, this is a great family run business and I highly recommend them.
