We had to order a dress three different times because of inconsistent sizes, orders being canceled without consent, and delivery dates being pushed out by months. After these problems occurred, we called nationals, who were no help. They would not answer the phone or reply to texts. Then we went to our local store. No surprise, they were also no help. On top of no help, they were incredibly rude and made sarcastic and degrading comments. After being left with no option other than buying a dress that was too big, they had the audacity to try to charge us double the price of the dress for the alterations with nothing more to say than "hm pretty hurts." It is baffling the lack of respect and common sense that this whole company and this specific location have. The following comment was, "You should have tried ordering earlier or a style that takes less time to make," even though we began this ordeal three months ago. Also, we went to try on the dresses to find the size for a specific style. When the dress arrived, it was two sizes too big despite the fact that it was the size they told us to get in-store after trying it on. Fair warning to those who still choose to shop here after this review: you only have seven days to return a dress, EVEN THOUGH the website says 60 days. As a bride, I am warning you... NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE OR EVEN CLICK ON THIS WEBSITE... worst decision ever!

When they do offer a decent sale, the infamous 3-day return policy on sale items is a deal-breaker for me. Living close to an hour away means that if I change my mind, I'm usually stuck with something I'll probably never wear. And as someone who is absolutely a sucker for a sale, that part hurts a little. That said, when I need something urgently and don't have time to order online, Dillard's often comes through in the clutch. The selection here is fairly well-rounded, with options ranging from bedding and handbags to clothing and fragrances. It's not overwhelming, but it's definitely adequate and thoughtfully curated for the market. One thing this location does very well is customer service. The associates are consistently friendly, and because the store is usually not very busy, they're genuinely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist. The store itself is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I can typically find exactly what I'm looking for without wandering aimlessly. Overall, while it's not my go to for deals, this is a decent Dillard's location and a reliable option for the area when you need department-store shopping without the chaos.

The building it is in is a little older but other than that completely safe by our standards (it was just us girls. Me and my younger sister). The owner is such a beautiful person and so helpful. First impression was it smelled SOOOO good when we first walked in! Second impression was the owner greeted us and you could tell she meant it. We shopped for about an hour and she gave HONEST opinions of what we tried on. If she didn't like it she told us. That's rare, most people just want you to buy something. Third impression was she had everything ORGANIZED! Fourth impression was the pricing was EXCELLENT! Didn't break our bank and we are traveling so that was awesome. She has VERY nice stuff for not even HALF of what we would have paid for in the mall. She had lots of new stuff too. I would def recommend this little spot to ANYONE! We will be stopping by on our way back after Christmas to see what new things she has and she told us she sells online too, so I can shop from North ATL if I don't want to drive down...but I'll DEF be back!
