The building it is in is a little older but other than that completely safe by our standards (it was just us girls. Me and my younger sister). The owner is such a beautiful person and so helpful. First impression was it smelled SOOOO good when we first walked in! Second impression was the owner greeted us and you could tell she meant it. We shopped for about an hour and she gave HONEST opinions of what we tried on. If she didn't like it she told us. That's rare, most people just want you to buy something. Third impression was she had everything ORGANIZED! Fourth impression was the pricing was EXCELLENT! Didn't break our bank and we are traveling so that was awesome. She has VERY nice stuff for not even HALF of what we would have paid for in the mall. She had lots of new stuff too. I would def recommend this little spot to ANYONE! We will be stopping by on our way back after Christmas to see what new things she has and she told us she sells online too, so I can shop from North ATL if I don't want to drive down...but I'll DEF be back! So much wasted time! I wish I had come here first. They had lazy boys that were out of our price, but so many that were perfect or even under what we were looking at! Don't go anywhere else! Kind people, not pushy in the least bit, family owned, mostly American made. My only complaint? Why couldn't we have found them sooner!?! Oh and free parking outback! Beautiful stuff too!

We used House of Hines for the Groom's Party at our wedding. When the suits came in, a groomsman's…read moresuit pants were not the correct length. Also, the best man's suit had two different color accessories and the pants did not fit based on the measurements that were done. When the best man went back to pick up the suit, he tried on the pants and they fit. On the day of our wedding, we discovered that the jacket that he previously tried on and was the correct fit, had been switched to a jacket that was way too small. This was discovered less than two hours before our wedding. House of Hines had someone bring the correct jacket to our wedding venue and later refunded the best man. My husband and I reached out to House of Hines because we were extremely displeased and felt that we should have received some sort of refund. Although, the best man was refunded, the bride and groom were the most impacted. The stress, panic, disappointment that we endured, in addition to the wedding photos that were ruined due to one person not having a jacket on were astronomical. I expressed my frustration and was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked to speak with someone in a position to make it right, and was told I was speaking with the correct person. I am very disappointed. We did not have to receive a full or partial refund for the groom, but they should have at least offered us a restaurant gift card or something. We chose House of Hines for our wedding and we were impacted by our best man not having a jacket during our wedding ceremony. Our ceremony pictures will be forever ruined by their error. Any gesture would have been appreciated, but they were unwilling. I will not refer anyone to House of Hines and will warn people not to use them in the future.
