It was a great size but sold mostly machines - just a small corner of fabric. The woman working there was pleasant, answered our questions (except the one that we didn't ask "Where is all the fabric?"). For me to go in a fabric store and NOT SPEND A PENNY is pretty inconceivable. Next time, I will drive to Lansing to shop. Although if you are looking for a sewing machine, they did have a large selection there.

I wanted to browse the store but the employees (there were two present at the time) seemed like they didn't want me there so I ended up leaving without getting a close look at any of the store's inventory and just having a cursory glance. I probably won't go back for a while, and it's already been a while since this visit, but it soured me on the place.

I really liked the store offerings of the Jackson Candle Co. and layout of the store but until I can visit without being exposed to secondhand smoke to get in, I won't be visiting. I'm new to Jackson and just decided to pop into Picture This ... one day. I asked about printing…read morewedding invites and boy was I unprepared for what they could do!! I had fun designing my own invites, Picture This got them printed for me and they look amazing. They were also so wonderful about providing me with information about what would be most cost effective for me. After printing invites I started asking about other things they could print for me (outside of photos - which I'd done long before the invites) and honestly, were able to help me out with printing anything and everything (giant posters, making stickers, programs, thank you notes)!!! AND they were able to do all of this at a lower price than what I was finding online, plus I'm supporting a small business in my town!!! I can't wait to see how everything comes out (because still working on that) but they have made this bride's life so much easier and cheaper. I dont think I will ever go anywhere else ... I learned so much about my camera/lenses in such a short amount of time. I feel very grateful for the folks who helped me today. I recommend this shop for any photographer- but especially beginners- as the staff is very knowledgeable and most importantly, happily helpful when it comes to new photographers. They were happy to share their knowledge and wisdom with us, and for me that's very important.
