Dr. Evans was absolutely amazing. From our first visit, he took his time, never rushed, and explained everything in a way that was clear and comforting. His calm and patient demeanor made both my daughter and me feel completely at ease. It's rare to find a provider who not only excels professionally but also genuinely cares--and Dr. Evans is one of those rare gems. I also have to highlight Sara, the front desk receptionist. Her spunky, kind, and welcoming attitude from the very first phone call is what made me choose Waterford for my daughter. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and respectful throughout the entire process. Her warmth truly set the tone for everything that followed. But what touched my heart the most was after the procedure. As a mom, seeing your child go under anesthesia is terrifying. I was anxious, and I knew my daughter was too. But when she woke up, the first thing she said was, "Mom, I felt so comfortable in there. The lady gave me a warm blanket and held my hand the whole time." That moment brought me so much peace and gratitude. To everyone at Waterford Oral Surgery--thank you for treating us with such kindness, professionalism, and care. You all give me hope that there are still kind people in this world. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts -The Eaton Family

Dr. Dulaney herself called him back saying she had talked with someone in their in house lab and for him to come back in the very next day for his impressions and the next day he was fitted with his wax teeth. This all happened in 3 days! I'll let you know on Friday the final results! Thank you Aspen Dental for your kind understanding dentist and overall staff from the front desk to the dental assistants and office people for such great teamwork to make us happy with your excellent service! It shows that you genuinely care about your customers, and after just recently having my own teeth done at another dental office in Belton, YOUR service is truly outstanding and appreciated. I left the office that I used in Belton in tears on several occasions. When you just ask for pretty teeth and you want to leave a happy customer, I'm glad it looks like my husband will have this opportunity with Aspen Dental in Temple Tx. I'll give you our final review soon!

The drive's a bit of a pain, but we tried a few dentists here in Austin and just were not satisfied. Will continue driving north twice a year for the foreseeable future!! :) 10/30/2013 ~ Original post LOVE Dr Arisco and his staff! Saw him the 8 years I lived in the Temple area and never had a bad experience. Know all his staff well. When I had an urgent problem they saw me quick. Also, when a co-worker had a visiting family member in town who did not have insurance, they saw her for a very fair price. She had not considered a 'good' dentist because she thought it would cost too much. It did not, and she and her sister were able to be seen & very pleased with the care they received. Would never have left if I hadn't moved just too far away to keep going. Takes you back to personalized family dentistry at its finest! :) Viki

I have a chipped front tooth that Lakewood Dental Trails tried and failed to fix. Dr. Marshall was able to fix it quickly, and it is the best my tooth has looked since I broke it 10 years ago! He also charged me hundreds less than Lakewood Dental Trails did, while doing much more involved work. I am so pleased, I will never go anywhere else!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Dr Campbell is very knowledgeable as well. He's always checking to make sure you're okay during whatever process. Fast forward to the day of surgery, they make a driver come with you and stay during the entire time of surgery. You're given instructions orally as well as written instructions just in case. After that, I don't remember much of anything until I woke up again. A few hours after surgery Dr Campbell personally calls you to make sure everything is fine. You're also given his cell number beforehand in case of emergencies after hours. I did however have complications with my removal due to the tooth being so close to my nerve. Because of this, the staff made it easy for me to schedule a follow up multiple times and though I was concerned, Dr Campbell's knowledge of the procedure put me a little at ease by letting me know that sometimes the healing process takes time and this case was rare. I'm just always the lucky rare person unfortunately. While I'm still not fully healed, I appreciate the urgency to respond to my concerns and great customer service.

Hood. Recently, one of the titanium screws holding my jaw together became loose and started to protrude through the gum line from behind my R-molar. Luckily, Dr. Ford was still around, and who better to contact than the surgeon himself? Staff was accommodating and pleasant. Check-in was almost seamless (prior referral was somehow missing on their end, so they had to re-contact my other dental clinic for information), and the wait time was minimal. The extraction process was near-painless (of course, with the help of a local anesthetic) and fast. Plus, Dr. Ford even let me keep the 1/2" titanium screw as a souvenir and called me later that evening to ask if there were any complications. I have to add that the side where the screw came loose (R-side) was the work of his partner at the time. When describing his work and because he's left-handed, he confidently stated, "that's because it's the Ford side." Highly recommended!
