If you aren't competent enough to fix a basic problem, you should point your patient in the direction of someone who can. Unacceptable

I was disheartened by the care, or lack of care, that I received at this dental office. I had a…read morepositive experience with the hygenist, dental assistant, admin staff, but a very negative experience with the dentist there. The first time I came to this office, I was pregnant and suffering from severe morning sickness. As a result, my teeth were not in the best shape and I felt very judged by the dentist. I also had to receive emergency dental work in-between visits at another office so by the time I came back for a routine exam, I had a couple crowns and fillings done elsewhere. This is where I don't feel like the dentist even looked at my teeth or the x-rays at all. She said that I needed crowns on the exact same teeth I ALREADY HAD CROWNS ON! I even told her that and she seemed confused and dismissed me. I decided to not come back for another appointment and I am so glad that I did not allow her to do work on me. I strongly advise against receiving dental care at Temple Choice Dental, especially if you are pregnant or have difficulties in advocating for yourself.

Every time I would go it's like I needed a whole mouth reconstruction for thousands of dollars, even with insurance somehow........but not here. I came in the first time with my spouse wanting a second opinion from another dentist in town (dental trails) that said an $1800 periodontal cleaning was needed, which we just didn't feel was accurate. We came here for a second opinion and guess what? Dr. Smith said all that was needed was a though cleaning. We were ready to spend almost $2000 and asked if he was sure and he said he was. I've gone a few times since then and each time his style of dentistry is clear......he tells you what you need done in the most affordable way possible! Because of this, he's got my family's business and I tell everyone about him. And while I haven't really touched on anyone else at the office, everyone I have interacted with from the front desk to the dental hygienists have been nothing but polite and friendly!
