I had some issues getting my old records sent here from my prior dentist but that didn't deter this staff. They have been professionals at every turn. Very kind and understanding. Am going in. Is for cleaning and will update on hygienist. I'm sure she will be just as great as every one else here has been. Dr Sweet is kind, patient and conservative. The office staff is courteous and prompt. This is a two- appointment review as I have subsequently come in for my cleaning after the initial exam. Judy is a very gentle and thorough hygienist. She tells you every thing she will do before doing it. If you are looking for a new dental office then I can highly recommend these folks.

There is such a thing as too professional and too automated where the individual patient ceases to have any value. And even when you jump through their electronic hoops to keep your appointment and confirm it, they claim you did not do it (even when you could hold your phone up and show them the proof that you did) and take you off the appointment book. On my last visit here the assistants were so busy talking to each other across the hallway that I felt ignored as a patient. I prefer an office where an individual matters.

All good so far!! After that a different tech? came in and I thought she was going to clean my teeth. Instead she was just there to do another exam. After that exam she told me that I needed deep cleaning and that I had to make another 2 more appts. for deep cleaning due to insurance constraints which was going to cost me out of pocket. I said all I want is a normal teeth cleaning like I had had in the past with previous dentists and she told me they would not be doing that and I should go back to that dentist if that is what I wanted. Felt scammy, like a bait and switch tactic to me. The final tech, or whatever she was, acted like I insulted her and came back with a real attitude. Worst interaction with a dentist office ever! Not recommended!

After Dr. Rich filled my chip in, it looked horrible, only lasted 1 week, and fell out while brushing my teeth, something completely unavoidable. He did a horrible job, and I'm sure he wasn't motivated to do a better job so that I would have to spend the money to get crowns. Thankfully the office refunded the price of the filling, but not the price of the exam. If you aren't competent enough to fix a basic problem, you should point your patient in the direction of someone who can. Unacceptable

Not this dude. He blames the patient by implying they yanked off their own crown. Who in their right mind would do that? Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere.

The process was done in one day, within a few hours, and was able to leave with a PERFECTLY fitted crown. I have always had issue of pain, fitting, or sharp edges of some sort. 2012-current (2020) and the crown is still doing better than others I have gotten more recently. As soon as I walk in to the office they never fail to welcome me by name and make checkin a breeze. Ms Chelsea asks me about my adventures between visits n I get to see updated pictures of her beautiful little girls.. Dr Sam wasn't here this visit (Congrats on new baby girl she is Gorgie!!), but her temp replacement was thorough and very nice. I love that the ladies here take the time to get to know their patients, and spend extra time and care with you so that you feel comfy while doing what could otherwise be a highly stressful necessity. The best is the same day denture. I am travelling on this Thursday and no time to wait for my new denture. It is lucky that Salado Creek Dental can do the same day denture within couple hours. The same day denture is a wonderful fit and I believe it will last for long too. I can enjoy my trip now!!!

As a rule, I hate going to the dentist, especially when I need a cavity drilled and filled or a crown replaced. I hate shots and getting novocaine creates heightened anxiety. Not anymore! Dr. Trinh is an absolute master - I didn't feel a thing. He was calm, skilled and totally eliminated my fear. My crown was removed, the cavity underneath cleaned out and new crown replaced within 2hours. We moved to Salado last year and are so relieved to find such excellent dental care right in this small town. I highly recommend Dr. Trinh and Salado Creek Dental!
