All good so far!! After that a different tech? came in and I thought she was going to clean my teeth. Instead she was just there to do another exam. After that exam she told me that I needed deep cleaning and that I had to make another 2 more appts. for deep cleaning due to insurance constraints which was going to cost me out of pocket. I said all I want is a normal teeth cleaning like I had had in the past with previous dentists and she told me they would not be doing that and I should go back to that dentist if that is what I wanted. Felt scammy, like a bait and switch tactic to me. The final tech, or whatever she was, acted like I insulted her and came back with a real attitude. Worst interaction with a dentist office ever! Not recommended!

He did a horrible job, and I'm sure he wasn't motivated to do a better job so that I would have to spend the money to get crowns. Thankfully the office refunded the price of the filling, but not the price of the exam. If you aren't competent enough to fix a basic problem, you should point your patient in the direction of someone who can. Unacceptable

Her staff is just as sweet as she is making you feel as comfortable and welcome as Dr. Lee. My teeth were so bad I thought I would get a lecture or the dentist would pass out. Neither happened. I am in the process of getting all teeth extracted to get dentures. Dr. Lee asked me Wed. how many I wanted out. I said all of them if she had time. She was down to the bottom six which gave her trouble. Dr. Lee tried many things she had learned to make it work. She told me over and over she didn't want me in pain. She really got a work out but was successful making it work. She called me later to see if I was okay and how to reach her after hours. She wanted me to know they were there for me. The process was done in one day, within a few hours, and was able to leave with a PERFECTLY fitted crown. Visiting them and calling got me nowhere. My wife went in for a cleaning and X-rays and she had cuts in her mouth and lips just from the X-rays. As soon as I walk in to the office they never fail to welcome me by name and make checkin a breeze. Ms Chelsea asks me about my adventures between visits n I get to see updated pictures of her beautiful little girls.. Dr Sam wasn't here this visit (Congrats on new baby girl she is Gorgie!!), but her temp replacement was thorough and very nice. I love that the ladies here take the time to get to know their patients, and spend extra time and care with you so that you feel comfy while doing what could otherwise be a highly stressful necessity. If you are just getting cleanings or maybe fillings, this office might be worthy of the reviews…read more But if you need an implant, my advice is go elsewhere. My experience was terrible. My front tooth had a crown from several years ago. On a trip it finally failed and I knew it meant I would need an implant. They are expensive, even with insurance, and an implant is a several month-long process. I am not from the area so my only choice was to look at reviews and choose a dental provider based on reviews. I chose wrong. Firstly, the office crew has absolutely no clue about what is involved in an implant and no apparent training on customer care. I had to coordinate appointments between an oral surgeon and this office and I had a difficult time getting accurate information on the process to be able to make the appointments. Secondly, the office doesnt have modern equipment (or at least not used on me) to scan my mouth for a quality temporary flipper and the final crown. The color matching was done only by eye under fluorescent lighting. For a front tooth, that's about as old school as it gets. My flipper was ugly and ill fitted. My final crown is off color and not fitted to my gum line. And lastly, it took a very long time to get through the process to the final crown. I didnt have any healing problems. The office and lab took a total of eight weeks after the oral surgeon gave the ok for the final crown. Thats on top of 4 months after the extraction. Friends from up north only wait week after healing and ok from the oral surgeon. They did no design planning ahead of time and I was at the mercy of the dentist's part time schedule. I didnt find that out until the day I showed up at the office for the final crown. Turns out I had a new dentist id never seen before because duper left the practice. ! When I objected to one delay, they called me the day I was supposed to get the final crown and they wanted to reschedule for two more weeks, the scheduler said, and I quote, "do you want the appointment or not." Just be aware. Ask questions about the process in detail including schedule. Ask about their equipment. Ask how long your dentist has been at that practice. Dont just watch the reviews from people who get cleanings. And if they tell you this is not an accurate review, ask yourself: would i really make this all up for no good reason. Thanks for reading.
