This office is a prime example of becoming too big for your britches. The goal here is quantity, pack them in, and keep those herds moving through. There is such a thing as too professional and too automated where the individual patient ceases to have any value. And even when you jump through their electronic hoops to keep your appointment and confirm it, they claim you did not do it (even when you could hold your phone up and show them the proof that you did) and take you off the appointment book. On my last visit here the assistants were so busy talking to each other across the hallway that I felt ignored as a patient. I prefer an office where an individual matters. read more

I started seeing Dr. Chris Wilkinson last year and absolutely love him! Everyone in this practice is awesome. The great experience starts when you walk through the door, you are greeted with smiling faces. Katie was working with the doctor that day & she was great. Very kind staff, called for a filling repair from a prior dentist and they were able to get me in quickly(next business day)! I was seen, given an estimate for care (which was very reasonable!) and could have been fixed same day if I desired. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED with my recent service from Dr. Pina. I had Invisalign approximately eight years ago. What I learned was because of jaw issues I was having chronic headache. After completing the Invisalign treatment I found keeping the retainers in has cured my headaches. So for years I have worn my retainers all the time. Until yesterday I have been very satisfied with Dr Pina. However.... Marie, the office manager, let me know that the price of 4 sets of retainers was going from approximately $500 (what I have been paying for years) to $447 for one set. Sounds like PRICE GOUGING to me. Interestingly enough, I contacted Invisalign and they found another option for me.....I will be paying $550 for 4 sets. If you are in the same situation you should call Invisalign directly and they will help you out. read more

Had my teeth cleaned 11/13/19. I'm someone who has to go every 3 months. My insurance only covers 2 a year. Paid what I thought I owed when I left. Later got another bill. Turns out cleaning, etc. was $233. Too rich for me. I won't be back. Never paid the periodontist office that much for a cleaning. read more

I have been to three or four of the dental offices in this area and this has been the best experience for me as a patient. All of the people here have gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to make the experience as painless as possible both physically and mentally. I have somewhat of a phobia concerning the dentist office and dental visits. I've had that issue ever since childhood and so finding somewhere where I can go and not feel significant anxiety isn't easy. I really have appreciated Dr. Proctor and his kind and professional staff for their care and attention and their patience. Scheduling with them has always been easy and they have always worked around my work schedule and can even see me on Saturdays sometimes. I really feel valued as a patient and I would definitely recommend them highly. read more

If I could've given this place zero stars I would have...Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment and a half hour after my appointment time I was still sitting in the waiting room for them to call me back. I finally walk up to the desk and asked how much longer the lady tells me at least ten more minutes. It probably taken longer so I walked out without ever going back to see the dentist. My time is very valuable to me and they shouldn't schedule appointments if they are not able to keep the times. I don't feel like I was treated very well by the staff. I recently had my teeth cleaned by Kimberlyn, and she did a great job! But when I was leaving, the receptionist said I owed a $15 COVID fee! I asked what it was for and she said for the cleaning and sanitizing of the equipment. Are you kidding me? Do they not clean and sanitize the equipment after every patient? I didn't even sit in their waiting room as I was told to wait in my car! This is price gouging! If you think about it, restaurants can charge you a COVID fee for sitting at their table and using their utensils. We are all suffering from COVID, not just dental offices, and I resent the fact that they're making the consumer pay for their loss. They haven't offered to help pay for my losses due to COVID! They also called me about 6 times to confirm my appointment. After I confirmed my appointment with them 3 days in advance, the phone calls and texts should have stopped, but I received 3-4 more after my in-person phone call. That's overkill and an intrusion of my personal space. My husband and I are extremely disappointed because we have been going to this place for years, but that stops now. read more

Scheduled appointments for a first visit way ahead of time and when the family and I showed up, nothing was scheduled. Their Program Manager even sent us the confirmation and the paperwork for the first appointment. Taking off work is extremely difficult (as is for most people), I should have read the reviews before scheduling. read more
