They built two patio covers in our yard, and I love to prance around under both of them every chance I get. It's like having my very own royal pup palace! The Landerking crew was so exciting to watch - I sat and supervised (with lots of tail wagging) as they worked, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Now I have the perfect place for strutting, relaxing, and keeping cool on hot days. I can strut my stuff proudly in the shade, then flop down for a nap without worrying about the sun. The craftsmanship is so impressive that even a dog can tell it's amazing - every beam and post is sturdy and beautiful (and trust me, I sniffed them all!). My humans are super happy with our new patio covers, which makes me happy too (because that means more belly rubs and treats for me - yay!). My tail hasn't stopped wagging since the project was finished. All in all, this is one tail-wagging, pawsitively awesome upgrade to our home. Two paws up for Landerking Woodworking - I'd give them five stars (and five bones ) if I could! Highly recommended for all pups and their humans looking to make their backyard a doggy paradise. We started with rebuilding some of the framing under our back deck where a tree grows through so we could keep the tree without causing further damage to the structure surrounding it. We then turned our attention toward the front where two pathways and an extended porch needed full demolition and replacement. By the end of summer, we had a much more inviting front entrance and just wrapped up our third project, stairs down a slope to the backyard. Allen kept things on schedule here all the while managing other clients' projects. He brings solution-focused experience and works at a pace that allowed preferred arborists, stump grinders, plumbers and electricians to complete their work around his. Finding someone who was an effective communicator, personable and a top-notch professional meant we could spruce the place up and not stress about timelines when projects got complicated. James Yunker and his business partner/lead carpenter, Tristan, suggested an L-shaped floating bench design using live-edge Douglas Fir slabs with a slight angled back, left unstained for a natural look.
