The tile guy they used was not good...causing the project to be delayed with re-do's. He worked too many hours a day to get the project done, jeopardizing the quality of work. Nicole was frustrated with me but I wanted it to be done right! She became rude and actually blamed me for the screw-ups by not taking her suggestions. I wanted it done the way I wanted it. I'm sure this was a bad experience for me AND her but how she handled it was far less than professional! Advice... if you choose this company, deal with her husband, Mike, only! That is, a cost effective way to get new cabinets with granite countertops. I want to express the excellence in customer service at East Coast Granite. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!

They left us with NO counters/sink for weeks, a month into the job we still have no backsplash, and the install of the counters (once they finally got here) was absolutely horrendous, leaving scratches and dents in our cabinets and walls. I've never left a review in my life but I feel obligated in this case. Stay far, far away!

He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts. Arturo was very punctual, trustworthy and a man of his word. I highly recommend!!! For some reason the pictures I am trying to attach will not upload.

We found 2 great possibilities. Their guys came out with the machinery needed to pull the slabs out into the sunlight so we could fully see them.
