We explained that the owner said to bring it in. She said they still can't accept it with no additional explanation. We were at a loss for words. After us pressing the issue the receptionist went back to the rear of the store and came back and said leave it here we will call you and let you know whether we will fix it or not. We received a text saying it would be approx $600.00 to patch and wash the cover. We decided to pick it up and go elsewhere. When we arrive to pick it up, it was crumbled up in a ball laying on the ground. It's unfortunate that people treat others this way in a small town, especially when word travels fast.

THEY do not want to back their warranty up and will constantly lie about when they intend to do something with giving you future dates. Our problem went on for almost 2 years, finally got the fraud dept involved at the Arizona dept of commerce, and consumer affairs and suddenly some help was on the horizon. Catnapper issued a check finally to Homestyle furniture, and we were given store credit for the amount we had paid on the junk we had bought. By now, we had already replaced the couch going elsewhere. We do appreciate the help Krista was at Homestyle. She was helpful and honest. We used our credit to buy barstools and a very nice clock. My main advice is Do NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY CATNAPPER. They are almost out of business anyway now due to their bad reputation. Homestyle furniture on the other hand is a fine store, with good, honest and helpful people. Hope they are in business here in Kingman for many years to come.
