The first time I used him was 2 years ago, he repaired my rather large custom made Bimini top, excellent work, better than new. So when the sub box went on the deck boat, I had a new box custom made and took it to him for the upholstery. Top notch work! His work is superb, priced very reasonable, and knows his stuff. We explained that the owner said to bring it in. She said they still can't accept it with no additional explanation. We were at a loss for words. After us pressing the issue the receptionist went back to the rear of the store and came back and said leave it here we will call you and let you know whether we will fix it or not. We received a text saying it would be approx $600.00 to patch and wash the cover. We decided to pick it up and go elsewhere. When we arrive to pick it up, it was crumbled up in a ball laying on the ground. It's unfortunate that people treat others this way in a small town, especially when word travels fast.
