I DO NOT recommend TK Flooring for any home remodel! I asked for raised kitchen counters and…read morecupboards and a handicap shower (I have a bad back). I caught the shower before it was done and reminded him that I requested a handicap shower, I was told by Themis, that "it's too much work, I will make you a ramp later". Themis went into great lengths explaining to me how he was going to raise the kitchen counters 3 inches. The cupboards were raised but the counters had not been raised. After completion, I informed him that the counters had not been raised. Themis said, "it's too late now, you should have caught it earlier and you will have to pay to have them fixed". I told him that I paid to have them raised already and Themis replied, "we raised the upper cabinets". He told me that he would come by and look at the problem.....that was 6 months ago, and I have not heard from him. I was not living in the house during the remodel, and I believed that it was Themis's responsibility to monitor the work and not mine. Recently, I messaged him that the crack in the countertop (on install) that he stated wouldn't do anything is now 10 inches long. He did not respond. The tile floor they installed also has uneven areas that cause the furniture to "rock".

She said that they no longer carried the parts I was looking for but she would look into a possible source. About a week later she informed me that she was finally able to locate the parts and quoted me a price of under $40 including shipping. They were just what I needed. I could not believe that someone would go to such lengths to satisfy such a small order. To me, this was an example of a company that puts customer satisfaction first. I feel comfortable in recommending them for whatever your patio needs.

I showed up un-announced at Eagle Masonry & Fence, I was greeted by the store owner Ed, it was almost closing time, I explained my situation to Ed and how important it was to me to get it fixed quickly, to avoid more perminate damage to the lift or my car. I think Ed could see that my health and emotional well being was in need of a quick solution. Ed came up with a quick and awesome solution, he made a few calls out to a few of his welding employees, he convinced an awesome welder to come back to the shop to fix my wheelchair lift. Not only did they do an excellent job, the courtesy and kindness show to me by Ed the owner of the business, went above and beyond anything I could have expected. I think he is a kind and fair business man, and a man of integrity.
