My main tip, however, would be this: DO NOT PURCHASE SEATS IN ROW F, which is the first section in the back portion of the theater. What the online ticketing wont tell you is that these are partially obstructed view seats due to the "clear" railings. Although the railings are indeed clear plastic, they are about 5 ft tall and therefore directly blocking your view while sitting down. Instead, I would recommend purchasing seats either towards the front in rows G or H or all the way towards the back of the theater. It will be a much more enjoyable experience, especially if seeing a 2.5 hr or more movie like we did.

I would recommend purchasing your ticket in advance as they do work in a reserved seating format, not open seating. Kiosks are available in the lobby as well. If you have a mobile ticket you can go right to the attendant to see your movie. I've seen other comments stating that the line for concessions is long - that was our experience as well. Other that that, the staff was very nice and happy to help.

They have two different buttons so you can adjust your position, which made the whole movie even more enjoyable. The concession area was also very well stocked, with plenty of options, and everything felt clean and organized. On top of that, everyone we interacted with was friendly and welcoming, which always makes a difference. The tickets were a bit on the pricey side, not sure if it was because of this specific movie or if that's just the standard now but overall, it felt worth it for the comfort and experience. You pay for snacks and scan tickets at the front and then popcorn and drinks are self serve. I have never been to self serve popcorn but I loved it. You can fill and butter as you see fit. The seat backs are too high and I had to recline the seats in front of us so we could see the whole screen. It wouldn't be as noticeable if the seats were set up as stadium seating. There is no wall that blocks the light when the doors are opened, so that is also a downside to NCG. Since we don't live in Savannah we had to rely on fandango to find us a local theater. The AMC is general admission (no reserved seating) so we chose NCG. We would return, but they do need to rethink design.

They have something on their menu for everyone! The consession has a lot of teenagers working there and every single one of them was attentive and extremely polite! They also did a fabulous job making our food! We ordered hot dogs, chicken, nachos, mozzarella sticks, soft pretzels and funnel cakes! Everything was delicious especially the funnel cakes!!! You've got to get one!!!! As we were walking to our car, we met the owner. He was such a nice guy and he thanked us for coming! Once we were back in our vehicle, we tuned into the radio station that would be playing the sound for our movie and got ourselves situated before the movie started. You buy the containers at the candy counter and fill your own popcorn and sodas. Refreshments like most Theaters costs more than the movies. Expect to spend about $10 per person. Two sad, bedraggled employees behind the counter who made no effort to greet customers. My large popcorn was not filled to the top with last night's popcorn. One drink machine is out of ice. No one to check tickets. I think the theatre seats were purchased at an auction for sworn out seats. The restrooms make Circle K restrooms look like those in a Ritz Carlton The movie is about to start and the volume is so low, I'm going to have to walk out front and engage with one of the sad reps.
