I would recommend purchasing your ticket in advance as they do work in a reserved seating format, not open seating. Kiosks are available in the lobby as well. If you have a mobile ticket you can go right to the attendant to see your movie. I've seen other comments stating that the line for concessions is long - that was our experience as well. You pay for snacks and scan tickets at the front and then popcorn and drinks are self serve. I have never been to self serve popcorn but I loved it. You can fill and butter as you see fit. The seat backs are too high and I had to recline the seats in front of us so we could see the whole screen. It wouldn't be as noticeable if the seats were set up as stadium seating. There is no wall that blocks the light when the doors are opened, so that is also a downside to NCG. Since we don't live in Savannah we had to rely on fandango to find us a local theater. The AMC is general admission (no reserved seating) so we chose NCG. We would return, but they do need to rethink design.

You buy the containers at the candy counter and fill your own popcorn and sodas. Refreshments like most Theaters costs more than the movies. Expect to spend about $10 per person. It is a good place to take the family on a cold or rainy day.
