It's interesting that the drinks only came in one size according to the type. I ordered a honeydew milk tea, and tried to get it as a small or medium, but they only had large. Boba was also an extra 75 cents. The drink itself was ok, it was both very sweet and watery. You couldn't taste any tea flavor. The boba was below average and there was hardly any in the drink. It didn't even fully cover the bottom of the cup. They were pretty soft, but didn't have any flavor. My friend got the standard milk tea and it also tasted pretty watery. The service was also pretty slow. The woman who took our order was a bit rude and we had to actively try to flag her down, even though the restaurant was empty. Was told I couldn't adjust sweetness (not sure if true), but after mixing it thoroughly, it was definitely a normal sugar level. The thing that makes this so different from other places? The milk. I asked and they use whole milk and heavy cream (I probably forgot what else they answered with.) My god. SO much fattiness content in this milk, but it brought back memories of drinking creamy, frothy milk in China. I don't think this is for everyone, because the extra richness left a bit of an aftertaste. Definitely NOT for the lactose intolerant! Came here for dessert after eating dinner nearby. I haven't had shaved ice in so long and was craving for some. I ordered the Mango Adventure(?) which came with mango shaved ice, mangoes, condensed milk, mochi, and toasted coconut shavings. $6.50 For the price, it was decently sized. It's big enough to share with 2 or 3 people and it was very tasty. I personally like coconut, but my brother did not like it so much. He complained that the toasted coconut shavings added a weird mix of texture, which I understand. It did have a sharp texture, contrary to the fluffy texture of the shaved ice. I don't know about you, but if I were running a small business and knew something went wrong, I would have the decency to contact that customer to let them know we are re-doing their order and sending it their way. The earl grey shaved ice is really good, super light and has a really nice earl grey flavor. However, the topping were a bit too strong against the shaved ice. The bubbles were nice and warm, and went well with it. The other toppings were covered in syrup which overpowered everything. My family and I came here to get the poke bowls and we all got Thai Ice Cream Rolls afterwards and I've eaten Thai Ice Cream Rolls many, many times before from the more popular places in Manhattan, Chinatown. There were 2 girls making mine and my family's Ice Cream Rolls. They definitely need to improve on the presentation and how the ice cream is being made. One of the girls was struggling to roll the ice cream (maybe not enough ice cream) so I definitely recommend a measuring cup as to how much liquid is needed to make each Ice Cream Roll. I also wish the roasted marshmallows came with a stick! It would make the presentation a bit nicer (: And the marshmallow wasn't roasted enough so it was kind of hard to chew on. When I was eating the Ice Cream, there were a lot of little pieces along with the Rolls. Please don't include all the little tiny pieces with the rolls. 10 Below Ice cream's presentation is a lot better :/. Their rolls are evenly made, all more or less the same height when rolled. I think the staff need more training. The 2 girls making the Ice Cream Rolls put all the rolls on one side of the cup.. next time please even it out and fill up the whole cup with the rolls. Presentation is KEY! It'll be nice to also put up the Snow and Cream menu on the wall. There is time for improvement and I will definitely give them a second chance! When we got there we were greeted and the environment felt very welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. One employee in particular, Michelle, was very helpful in guiding us through the process of making a pokebowl. She gave great recommendations and explained how each ingredient would taste when put together. She also showed us the different desserts on the menu such as ice cream, shaved ice, and bubble tea. So far, I've only tried 2 of their drinks which is the Mars dirty tea with bubbles and peach oolong with bubbles. I'm not sure how the Mars dirty tea is supposed to taste like but all I tasted was milk, like whole milk, I didnt like it and threw it out. The peach oolong was good, you taste the tea with a hint of peach that makes it a bit less bitter. Because their bubbles is always in a heated pot and the drink comes with a lid instead of being sealed, you can't thoroughly mix the drink thus the first few sips will be warm!
