After 5 minutes, I went up and asked them if someone was going to let me look, and the response was that they could let me "grab what I wanted" but that they didn't have time to let me look. Very disappointing experience. I had heard some really cool things about this place, and made the 1.5 hour drive from Louisville just to check it out. I'm in the spirits Industry and have been to hundreds of liquor stores, but this is the bottom of the line. My advice, go anywhere else but this place.

I was told today that they refuse to serve me, and was told to leave. I have never been treated so horribly and with such disrespect!!! They were so rude and condescending!! I said my bank advised me to use it as credit as it affords me better protection against fraud. She said that's not true. He neighbor works at Chase and she says debit is the way to go. My reply was "so you work in a liquor store and you're more informed then my bank? Good to know." She kept going and I finally asked her why her nose was all in my business? She literally screamed at me as I walked out the door. I will never step foot in this store again. There are 3 more liquor stores within 3 miles. They all charge $5 more for what I buy and yet I'd rather pay $5 more then deal with a witch.

The shop is well lit and has lots of space, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Although it looks like it may be a huge store, it really isn't much bigger than a lot of the local independent liquor stores in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, but was a bit behind on getting the inventory rebuilt after the winter holidays. They do carry some local beverages, but the distilled products from local companies is somewhat limited compared to other larger shops. They do carry a variety of Hotel Tango spirits, but some other local brands don't move well and so aren't carried. Still, it is in a great location. I just wish the strip mall would remove the raised divider on the access road which makes it difficult to leave the strip mall without driving around the entire building complex. Very rude! Purchased a bottle of ciroc and a 6 pack of…read morecoronas. Upon removing six pk from fridge had noticed a little moisture on the bottom of the case. Did a little more browsing and by the time I'd made it to the register I'd forgotten about it. Clerk bagged the Coronas in a paper bag. Bottle in one hand, when I went to get the bag with the Coronas I was having trouble getting it from behind plastic covering placed as a result of Covid-19. Clerk just watched. Just as I'd managed with a little maneuvering the paper bag breaks open and everything in it hits the floor. Instantly the clerk looked super annoyed, says ugh!, puts his hand on his head, stands there for a long moment, and just storms off to get a mop and bucket. I stand the bag upright and am looking around for something to use to clean the beer off of my legs and feet (as I was wearing sandles). Clerk finally returns and I ask him for paper towel which he hands over without a word and starts cleaning the mess. Didn't apologise, didn't offer to replace my 6 pack, didn't say a word to me after. I chucked it up as a loss and left bc I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Still nothing was said. I stop here often bc it's on my way home from work, but I won't be revisiting. Plenty of other liquor stores nearby to choose from. Learn better manners.

Prices are pretty good, and they have a number of deals going on all the time that sometimes make things even better. In addition, they have a tasting area in a couple spots in the store. Another bonus they have is that they do a lot of trainings and classes so that you can learn food or drink making or a number of other things related to live in the good life. Store is really well kept and looks beautiful coming in, but obviously the focal point is the alcohol. The people there are always very helpful. I had two people stop by and ask if they could help me out in different sections of the store, and they walked by and did the same to everybody that was looking and didn't seem to have found what they were looking for.

On this visit, I was searching for a specific flavor of pretzels that Kiara told me about (the ones she gets on the plane), which are supposedly only sold at Total Wine. I saw other flavors in the store, but not the one I was looking for. The brand of the pretzels is Stellar and I was searching for the Maui Monk flavor. The website indicated that they had it in stock, so I asked a worker for help. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering him, so I continued searching on my own. After some time looking on my own, I asked another employee, who was much more helpful. He took the time to check and explained that they were likely out of stock and that the online inventory isn't always accurate. He also mentioned how popular the pretzels are and that they sell out quickly--even he buys several when they come in. My husband was also looking for a small bottle of Cointreau, but they were out of that as well. I decided to try another flavor of the pretzels - Sweet and Sparky. These were good, had a spice to them with the buffalo flavoring. These bags are priced at $6.49. I'd like to eventually try the other flavors, including the one I was looking for. This visit was hit-or-miss in terms of customer service and item availability.
