I thought to myself why do I keep giving them money for such piss poor & inconsiderate service. Rather spend it at Total Wine or the liquor store Rockville Road now.

I am very disgusted and offended by the behavior of the two male employees working today (one who wears sunglasses and a younger/shorter one who wears pajamas) I had a frustrating encounter with the shorter one, last week and I left a poor review. I was told today that they refuse to serve me, and was told to leave. I have never been treated so horribly and with such disrespect!!! They were so rude and condescending!! All because a poor review?? Wow!! I will no longer shop at this Payless Liquor store and after looking up the reviews for this location, it seems this store hires employees that are habitually rude and do not care about customers. My advice....keep driving.
