I was totally taken aback by the level of customer service I was provided. Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

Needless to say, when I walked in and looked at the bottles on sale, I was very disappointed. There was a small selection of liquor on sale that was the warehouse closeout on one side of the store, and it was not that impressive. I did end up getting a nice Kentucky bourbon small barrel whiskey for a great price, and some non alcoholic beer for Super Bowl Sunday. This is an outdated old liquor store that is not like other 21st Amendment stores that I have been to before. The selection of beer is Ok, but not impressive. The liquor selection is Ok, and the wine selection is mediocre. The staff are not that helpful and appear to be bored and not interactive, so if you need assistance or have questions, you are out of luck. I would not come back here again personally just because the selection of products is mediocre and not really worth the time to spend looking for a bottle of liquor or beer. The staff are in their own little world and not available to help at a moment's notice, so that alone tells me not to come back here again. It is a decent liquor store for what it is, but just not up to quality standards. You can take it or leave it.

I was so exited to get there and ask if they happen to have any because iI wanted to get it as a present for someone. But talk about horrible customer service, the employee behind the counter said that they don't have any and even if they did they only give it to their preferred customers. He explained there is a waitlist, which I would've loved to get on! But then he kept going. He said he wouldn't sell it to just anyone because he don't know who is going to sell it on the internet for a higher price. First of all don't assume you know me or why I'm purchasing a bottle that I normally wouldn't and what the heck kind of service is that?! Bottles are great present and f I knew this bottle would be so difficult I wouldn't be looking for it, but I like a challenge. It turns out he had bought that himself several years ago, and liked it so well that his restaurant served it for about a year. I had definitely struck gold!
