Did a little more browsing and by the time I'd made it to the register I'd forgotten about it. Clerk bagged the Coronas in a paper bag. Bottle in one hand, when I went to get the bag with the Coronas I was having trouble getting it from behind plastic covering placed as a result of Covid-19. Clerk just watched. Just as I'd managed with a little maneuvering the paper bag breaks open and everything in it hits the floor. Instantly the clerk looked super annoyed, says ugh!, puts his hand on his head, stands there for a long moment, and just storms off to get a mop and bucket. I stand the bag upright and am looking around for something to use to clean the beer off of my legs and feet (as I was wearing sandles). Clerk finally returns and I ask him for paper towel which he hands over without a word and starts cleaning the mess. Didn't apologise, didn't offer to replace my 6 pack, didn't say a word to me after. I chucked it up as a loss and left bc I just wanted to get the hell out of there. Still nothing was said. I stop here often bc it's on my way home from work, but I won't be revisiting. Plenty of other liquor stores nearby to choose from. Learn better manners.

Total Wine & More was a fun shopping experience initially, but the novelty is wearing off…read more Pros- -well stocked, good prices, nice staff Cons- -the points program is lame. Spend $500 to get a whopping 1% reward ($5) that cannot be used for alcohol purchases ...and it expires in 90 days. As incentives go, it's pretty poor. - each time I visit it seems like I see more of the store brand whiskeys and less of the other brands. Staff recommendations are clearly biased towards pushing the store brands. They alway say, "if you like 'insert name here' you'll love this!" Because I never find this to be true, I don't find the staff's opinions credible. Overall it's a good place to shop with good prices ... the main reason to visit. However, it comes with some hype that's a bit of a turn off.

The ambiance was the same layout as other Total Wine locations. They have free wine, beer, and spirit samples on the weekends, and the variety of wine, beer, and spirits is always impressive. I went ahead and picked up a couple bottles of wine on this visit. The rewards program is very worthwhile for Total Wine. If you spend enough money and accumulate enough points you can get a $5 reward off of your purchase. I will say the staff is always very helpful and professional at Total Wine, and they were very helpful at this Noblesville location. Total Wine is a great place to find the beer, wine, or spirits that you are looking for, and you can sample wine, beer, or spirits at the same time. This Noblesville location is a great addition to the Hamilton Town Center, and I'm sure it will do very well with business for years to come.

When we walked in, there were two couples sitting at the bar, so we took a seat at one of the high-top tables. It appeared that there was only one bartender working, a female, and she never acknowledged us. We sat there for at least 10 minutes, directly in front of the bar, in a small establishment where it would have been difficult not to notice us. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I understand that things can get busy, and I always try to give staff the benefit of the doubt. I would have been perfectly happy with a simple "Hi, I'll be right with you!" Just acknowledging our presence would have been enough. Both couples at the bar received their drinks and eventually sat down, yet we were still completely ignored. We weren't sure what the bartender was doing, as her other four customers had already been served. Regardless, a simple greeting or acknowledgment is basic customer service. After waiting several more minutes without a single word from her, we decided to leave. We walked right past the bartender on our way out, and she still said absolutely nothing. We were left feeling as though our presence--and our business--simply didn't matter. It's disappointing because this could be a really cool place, and we had hoped to enjoy our visit. Unfortunately, the lack of acknowledgment and customer service made that impossible. Another observation is that the atmosphere felt uncomfortably quiet, with no music playing, to the point that you almost feel like you have to whisper. Some background music could go a long way toward making the space feel more welcoming. I'm hoping Mark Pressley or Mark Taylor will take the time to look into this situation. If camera footage is available, perhaps reviewing it could help clarify what happened and provide an opportunity for staff training. Even a short training reminder about the importance of greeting guests, acknowledging their presence, and communicating when service is delayed could make a meaningful difference. We understand that everyone has off days, but being completely ignored for that long, especially in a small establishment, is unacceptable. We left disappointed and unsure whether we would want to return. It's a shame because a little courtesy and basic customer service could have made this a completely different experience.

I decided to finally check out the new location a couple weeks ago. The newer Pam's Pitstop Liquors is a little tucked away and further from the speedway than the original, but it is interestingly in an old auto garage, it seems. The exterior of the building needs a bit of work at first glance. On the inside is a narrow aisle that wanders throughout a maze of liquor. It has a bit of a cluttered feel with all sorts of things for sale everywhere as well as signs depicting brands like Rolling Rock across the walls. I saw everything from ready-made shooters in glass vials to mini spicy snack sausages. I didn't get a look at all they had on the shelves, as I was headed to the beer cooler at the back. Pam's has a pretty good beer selection. Not all of my favorites are there, but quite a few. They don't have the absolute lowest prices, but not the highest either. They also have a decent selection of single tall-boys in the cooler which I was used to seeing in every gas station in other states I have lived in. Since Indiana only has those chilled at liquor stores apparently, it has been awhile since I have seen those and nearly forgot they could be purchased here at all. The beer I wanted was not on sale and I didn't see anything else that caught my fancy at the time, so I just got an oil can of Foster's ale to try. Not the best ale I have ever had by any means, but it was worth a shot. Nice little store that is locally owned that I much prefer to the chain down the street. It has personality and I feel good shopping here. Friendly service by who we assume was Pam herself. I am sure I will return to look around some more and make a larger purchase in the near future.
