Raquel, her husband, and their son are just the kindest, most hardworking family, and it was such a joy to partner with them once more. They also did the decor for my baby shower last year, which was stunning, so we knew we were in the best hands for this milestone event. Our theme was "enchanted fairy tale," and they brought it to life in the most magical way. From the dreamy pastel color palette to the gorgeous balloon garlands and whimsical touches, every detail was perfect. It honestly felt like stepping into a storybook. Raquel was a dream to work with--so responsive, thoughtful, and collaborative. She made sure everything aligned with our vision, was incredibly patient with all the back-and-forth, and offered such helpful suggestions along the way. The Kelsweet team goes above and beyond every time, and thanks to them, Raya's first birthday was not only beautiful--it was unforgettable. I can't recommend them enough for any special occasion!

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!
