Bad: Front office staff booking orders was curt and seemed irritated they had to deal with customers. On Monday I called the office to increase my order but no one answered answered so I left a message. No call back. On Tuesday, I called again and again got voice mail so instead I sent email asking to increase my order. Still no call back or email reply. On Wednesday I called again and now I was unable to leave a voice mail because their mailbox was full. This is an indicator that front office staff responsible for customer orders are failing at their job of communicating with customers via phone calls, voice mail or email. On Thursday, I got a text stating my order was out for delivery. I then called the # from the text and asked if my order had been increased as requested in voice mails and emails. The curt man said No, my order had gone out as-is. When I asked if my order could be increased based on my multiple attempts the reach them, he said no, there was nothing he could do. I find that hard to believe they could not increase my order since they delivered on Thursday and my party was on Sunday. They had several days to add and deliver my extra chair items for extra revenue but opted to not remedi their administrative issues of failing to respond to customers request, especially when it means more business. Equipment quality: umbrellas were flimsy, like something you would buy at cvs or a grocery store. The umbrellas bases were loose causing umbrellas to lean so I had to tighten the base screws to straighten them. This is the first and last time I will use this company.

I asked for a 13x13 pink soft play area and they were able to send of a contract, confirm availability, and set-up/break-down the play area. It was such a hit for our group of friends because we have a lot of kids that are 1-5 years old. The guys showed up and put together the space really quickly. I didn't realize there was a giant beam in the middle of the space where I wanted the play area and the crew was able to work around it, which I really appreciated their flexibility. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. Overall really good experience and it was the best value in terms of set-up that I found in the area, so would definitely consider them for a soft play set-up again!
