    I recently worked with Scott and his team from Bay Area Event Lights and they crushed it! They were quick to respond and happy to help with my request. I wanted the big marquee lights for a back yard party and with their help, I got exactly what I wanted! Seamless installation and pick up process, which was an added bonus! I cant wait to use them again!

    I can't even begin to explain how easy it was to work with BAEL. They were so accommodating, responsive, and detailed. They have a great staff with tons of knowledge and recommendations. Holley was so amazing from beginning to end. She checked in with us and always making sure we were happy. Thank you so much!! We really appreciated all your help especially when there was so much going on. We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs at the Longbridge area. It's a really big area and all the lights BAEL added for us turned out perfect. We had additional bistro lights, LED trees, vintage street lamps, rail wraps, uplighting for trees, AND they hung up cranes for us. I don't even know how they pulled that off, because we gave them a lot and it was awesome! Seriously, if you're trying to find a team you can rely on for a special event, this is who you want. Out of all the vendors we had worked with, I would say without a doubt, BAEL was my favorite. Thank you guys sooo SOO much!!

    We were looking for permanent bistro lights in our backyard and upon searching in yelp came across Bay Area Event Lights. They did a splendid job. Holley from BAEL was quick to send her team for assessment and followup on the job. Nathan and his team did a clean and highly professional job. Everyone in my family and friends loved it. Their pricing seems reasonable too for the top class work they do. Not even a single wiring is seen hanging, I am in love with my backyard. We will definitely look into working with them for holiday lights. Highly recommend!!

    We just had Bay Area event lights come out to our house in Watsonville to put up some outdoor lighting. They did an absolutely amazing job. The installers were very nice and professional . They answered all my questions and walked me through what they would be doing before starting the job. The light look beautiful and are expertly installed for years of life . They were also super affordable. I'm so glad we didn't try to do it ourself . Can't wait to get my holiday light put up with them come December 1st.

    Bay Area Event Lights did a phenomenal job with our wedding lighting! From the very beginning to the very end, Holley took care of all our needs and questions. On the day we stepped foot onto our venue, my breath was immediately taken away because it looked like something out of a fairy tale--even all our guests were raving about how amazing our wedding looked like! Everything was just so incredibly magical and I couldn't have done it without BAEL and Holley. From top notch customer service to the big finale, BAEL was amazing to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!

On the delivery day, they failed to bring everything they were supposed to. After what felt like over 30 calls, we finally reached them, and they delivered the remaining items late in the evening. Fortunately, this was the day before the wedding. When we spoke to the vendor days later to understand the disconnect and the unnecessary stress they caused, we provided feedback about the pickup day when their driver threatened to charge us because the tablecloths weren't ready. The venue intervened to avoid additional fees. Seriously? We tried to understand why the vendor would treat a customer this way. When we finally got on a call, instead of being sympathetic, they simply said, "That's not what the driver said, that's incorrect." Essentially, they called us and the venue liars. We didn't want to argue after just wrapping up our special day. I hoped the vendor would offer some sort of reimbursement, but we got nothing. All they offered was a discount for next time. Next time? Why would we ever book again after being accused of lying and enduring such stress? I would never recommend this place. They are absolutely unprofessional and need serious customer service training. I hope the owner sees this and has the compassion to do something about it.

    If I could give more stars I would. I had been tasked for an event we were having at work to find a…read morepopcorn machine. Naturally I hopped on here. There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. Impressing 200+ attorney's is quite a feat by the way, and the popcorn did it..lol! Thank you Sparkle for your professionalism, your promptness and your patience. There was a little back and forth there for a minute but Rachel never made me feel like I was a bother. She always responded to me in a timely manner and made everything go seamlessly. I will make sure to recommend and use Sparkle again for future parties.
