I'd never thought much about place settings or color schemes for my wedding so I was a bit overwhelmed by it all. In the end I didn't have anything to worry about. We visited their showroom early on and had a lot of fun picking out our items. Katie walked us through all of the options and answered our questions and when we felt stuck she offered really helpful suggestions. They have so much to choose from but even the simplest of their tableware is beautiful and elegant. Their colored water goblets were my favorite item though! I don't know if this is common practice with them but they were able to partner with our catering company, Poetry in Motion, so after our consultation, they just coordinated with each other and we didn't have to do much else. I rented with them in December 2021 for a family Chistmas party and sit down meal. We didn't have a dining room table or linens, but we had chairs, so we rented the table, tablecloth and napkins for our eight people. Even though ours was a tiny order, Danny Thomas' staff made us feel like our party was important to them, helping me rent the correct table and linens for the party. Pickup and return was very easy, though their pickup hours at the holidays required a little creativity on our part. Everything was perfect, our event went well, and I felt like DT had my back. I called 5 days before our event in the middle of graduation season and they were able to take my order, which was awesome! They have a huge variety of high quality linens, banquet tables and serving dishes. Delivery was one time and linens were dry cleaned and neatly placed on hangers. My only issue was with one of our high top cocktail tables. One of the extended legs did not fit into the table correctly it was to loose causing the table to lean a great amount on one side. Used them again a second time for a graduation party, and everything went well again! The ordering process was easy, and everyone I dealt with was nice. The only issue, was a couple of the tables I ordered were sent out wrong, and upon set up, realized my buffet tables weren't 4 feet high, they were kids tables ( 2 feet high). Can't have that! Very panicked, I called, mad, it was 1.5 hours before party time, they did get me the right ones, sadly not until some guests had arrived. I did appreciate them delivering the new ones, it was helpful, but I would ask they check everything! I will use them again, it's a good service, but I'll check next time. read more
