    Great rental! We rented a 4-in 1 combo. It fit a lot of kids and it was a hit at the party for a 6 year old. The guys were right on time, set it up inside a gym we rented within like 15 minutes. They came back about 12 min later than they originally said but no big deal. They took down everything quickly and was on their way. Would definitely recommend. The bounce house was in great shape and clean. One thing to note: they give a 1 hour window for set up, but given we had strict time requirements for the venue I paid $100 for a 'guaranteed set up arrival time' on the dot. This $100 extra fee did end up making them more expensive than others but I was in a pinch and they at least answer their phones consistently when you call.

    First time renting from here and I'll be a returning customer. Their website is easy to navigate and you can make reservations online. I put in my order and received a phone call to confirm the same day within a couple of hours. The site doesn't take card but they do that over the phone during the confirmation process. Alicia was helpful and even sent me an updated invoice the moment our phone call was over. I was also given a follow up phone call before the reservation and drop off time, I couldnt answer so they left a voicemail and then charged my card and notified me via email. This process was by far the smoothest transaction I've had with any rental place. I wasn't present during the drop off delivery process but from what I was told: it was easy and simple. They arrived within the time frame that they said they would. Delivery guys set up the tents and even offered to set the tables (which we didn't need). Pick up was easy too and I was present. Received a text with an estimated arrival time so I had everything set to go. Two of them arrived and took everything within a couple of minutes, fast and efficient! They even took care to make sure they didn't knock into the side of the house or fence. Overall, the quality of everything was beyond what I expected. No broken chairs or tables, they were in great shape. The tents were in great condition as well. They even had cement buckets added so they wouldn't fly away (which helped because it was windy!). They're honest about their pricing from the start and they let you of any price additions before adjusting your invoice. Great communication from their staff. Generally a great experience.

    Had a great experience with renting a big jumper house for my daughter's birthday. Rescheduling due to rain wasn't a problem and the crew came earlier than booked to set up which was super appreciated. The crew was efficient with both setup and takedown. And the jumper house was awesomely large, big enough for seven kids to play around in.

    I called two days prior to my daughters birthday and they were able to accommodate a last minute order. The guys set up the bouncy house quickly and the kiddos were jumping away! Coordinating with the front office was easy. At the end of the day, the workers came, took down the bouncy house quickly I will use them again.

    UPDATED ON OCTOBER 9, 2019 I received a phone call from my mother trying to rent chafing dishes from them. However, she was told by the company that they would not rent it out to her because of the bad yelp review I wrote (yelp review from previous experience is below). I called to ask why she couldn't be accommodated and I was told by the owner that in his exact words "why would we want to rent anything out to your family when you gave us a bad yelp review." I then told him that my bad yelp review has nothing to do with any of my family that tries to rent from his company. He then told me in his exact words "how about it you delete your review I will help any of your family members". I told him that I didn't hear from him after I had my complaint over a year ago. He has been nothing more than rude and unprofessional. As you can see from other reviews on here, this company hasn't been professional. I don't understand why I would have to keep trying to call and be compensated when it wasn't my fault from the very beginning. I still don't recommend this party rental place. It's been over a year later and the last email I was sent never received an email back, and the email was written last year. I'M MORE THAN WILLING TO GO BACK TO MY BANK STATEMENTS TO SHOW THERE WAS NO REFUND AND EMAILS OF US CONVERSING TRYING TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ALSO, IT WILL SHOW AFTER I RESPONDED TO HIS EMAIL I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING BACK. I am a very easy person to work with and I understand when things can't be compensated, but like I keep saying, the owner was rude and again the whole situation was not my fault! Review below was written 7 months ago.. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of communication from this place. This place is cheap and that's the only thing I like, but when I had a complaint it took forever for the owner to get back to me. I had to call back and was told the owner went on vacation and that he would contact me when he arrived back. However, I did not receive a response. I finally got an email back a month later from the owner telling me he wouldn't be able to give me any kind of refund. I was waiting at the park where I was having my baby shower for over and hour because their truck had broken down. I had the park rangers harassing my family and I to leave because they did not notify me early enough that the truck broke down. I had the park rangers telling me I needed to pack all the table and chairs I had borrowed. It was not my responsibility to pack anything! I was also charged for chairs but never received a new invoice. By law if you're not sent an invoice for something and it is charged to your card without a new invoice it's illegal. It means they charged my card illegally. I stayed in an email that it was illegal to charge me anything without sending me legal documentation that I was going to be charged in a new invoice. I was also told that I was not charged a $30 delivery fee, but as I looked on my bank statement I never received it back to my card. The owners name is Chano Zavala. All this company cares about is getting your money. I would stay away from this place. I ALSO THINK IS FUNNY THAT THE OWNER WOULD REPLY TO MY NEGATIVE REVIEW SAYING I WOULD HAVE SOMEONE CALL IN TO USE THEIR SERVICES FOR ME WHEN MY MOTHER HAD NO IDEA I LEFT THEM SUCH A NEGATIVE REVIEW. WHEN MY MOTHER REALIZED THAT I HAD A BAD REVIEW SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULDN'T HAVE CALLED. WHICH IS WHY WE WENT ELSE WHERE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED. I HAVE ALSO ADDED PICTURES OF THE EMAILS THAT WERE SENT BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN US. You'll also see that it took him OVER A MONTH to respond and then there was no response later.
