After the purchase, I discovered that the records I received appear to be counterfeit rather than legitimate releases. I contacted the store to try to resolve the issue, but they refused to provide any type of refund or stand behind the products they sold me. Considering how highly priced many of the items in this store are, I find it unacceptable that a customer can spend their money there, discover there is a serious issue with the authenticity of the merchandise, and then be left with no resolution. At this point, I will be disputing the charge with my bank. The entire situation has been handled very unprofessionally, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend verifying the authenticity of anything you purchase here before spending your money.

The only problem I had with this store is that I would change the name to "Collectibles and Toys"…read more This isn't a traditional toy store where you will find stuff for little kids or Barbie stuff. This is a store for grown ups who never outgrew their desire to have 3D figures of some of their favorite fantasy characters. I found so many figures that I had never seen before. There are row upon row of figures displayed generally by theme which included Marvel, DC, Star Wars, and lots more. Not all spaces were grouped by theme. The higher priced collectibles had mixes of those above along with Game of Thrones, Star Trek, Witcher, and lots of other show and gaming themed items. Prices ranged from low (items in bags not the original packaging) to several hundred dollars per item. The quality also ranged relative to the pricing, so you could pick up something relatively cheaply, but could also get high quality items if you wanted only the best. The back of the store is where you make your purchases. Throughout the store were displays (do not touch) of some unusual items that may be for sale, but you have to ask about. The store has limited hours, not opening until noon on certain days. But I noticed nearly a dozen people waiting for the place to open. Talk about die hard fans! Glad to see the selection inside the store made the wait worthwhile for the shoppers. Review #3734
