I was told no and that it was first come first serve. I even asked if just one box could be held since I live a fair distance from the store and was told no again. I came in today shortly after opening and was told the product was sold out. While at the counter, I could see two sealed boxes behind it. When I asked about them, I was told those boxes were on hold. I explained that I had called ahead and was clearly told holds were not allowed. A woman named Amy came out, said the store does allow holds, said she was not sure who I spoke with, and blamed a new employee. There was no ownership of the situation and no attempt to make it right. I was not even offered the option to purchase one box. As a first time potential customer, this was enough for me to walk away without buying anything and they had other selections. I will be sharing this experience with friends and would encourage others to consider this when deciding where to shop.

They have plenty of cards, deck boxes, dice, and sleeves for purchase. I have also sought out some special order items and the owner was super helpful in getting what I wanted in. For a card shop for me it's awesome. My sister in law is way into Harry Potter and my son is into Star Wars. I can easily find them all kinds of cool unique items for birthdays or Christmas. If you are looking for card game stuff or great geek merchandise I can't think of a better place that combines both into one shop. Lastly all the employees are very friendly and helpful.
