The flyer advertised Sponge Towel Ultra paper towels at $4.99 for a pack of 6 rolls. The sale started today. Within 15 minutes of receiving the flyer I was at the store. Of course, there were no Sponge Towels and the shelf could, at most, hold 4 packages. I asked staff for a rain check. I paid for $50 worth of items while I waited for the raincheck. They refused to offer me a raincheck. In fact, they didn't even know what a raincheck was and claimed they have never heard the term. They took advantage of me with a classic bait and switch tactic. I will never return to that store. There's nothing there of interest either. Bruno's is far superior and in the same area.
