One important thing to be aware of is that RoadX tires are the only kind they keep in stock - all other tires have to ordered for you. Since the other 3 of our tires were Goodyear brand, we wanted to stick with the same brand for our replacement - Moe's ordered a Goodyear tire for us on a Sunday evening, and received it by Monday morning - we then went back in for them to install it. We had a positive experience overall. Some quick price benchmarking indicated their pricing was in line with the market.

Decided on Juarez based on the 5 star reviews. Absolutely spot on fellow Yelpers! One of the best tire experiences I've ever encountered. Drove into an open spot, looked for a rep, and all team members were friendly and willing to help. Informed a rep of my situation, we walked to my vehicle, showed him my tire issue, he jacked up my car, removed the tire, showed me the nail, and he said "no problem, I'll remove the nail, patch it, and you should be good." Amazing! Quoted: $35. Amazing! The entire process only took 20 minutes. Would highly recommend Juarez! An AMAZING experience. Extremely friendly service. Great customer service. I didn't see any of his old crew also making the move as I used to be a regular at his old shop. He told me most went to other shops or have retired. It was nice to see Simon at least. It took an hour to do the oil change. He called me mid job that my engine and cabin air filters needed replacing. $90 (2 filters $55 and labor $35.) I said yes as I was too lazy to do it myself. It would have have taken too much effort to buy the filters myself and install it. ($22 for the engine and $10 for the cabin filter Amazon prices.) There was a slight mishap as they charged me for a synthetic oil change whereas I only got a regular oil change. The billing mechanic (not Simon) messed up. I caught it on the receipt and they had to refund me $26. Otherwise good job everyone at Sunset 76 Auto Repair. Be sure to check your receipt.

Not only do you get balancing and alignment in the rotation of the tires every six months, but also, the warranty on the tires is unmatched. After about 2 1/2 years, I miss, judged a curb and sliced The side of the front tire. I knew they had a no-fault "road hazard" warranty, but I was still surprised when it covered my own stupidity. They replace the damaged tire, No questions asked. And now two years later the replaced tire was damaged on its side, by my hitting another curb, and again, they replaced the tire with a brand new one. I certainly wasn't expecting them to replace the replacement tire. That was two years old, Since the original set of tires was bought outside of the warranty. Which is three years but Big O tires did. I can't say enough about that kind of customer service!
