So he kept turning it from side to side to wash away soap, tooth paste, etc. Over time, he basically "unscrewed" the faucet. By the time I noticed, I couldn't tell if it was broken or just needed tightening. Gave Shane a call, he asked to send him pics, then replied back with instructions on how to fix things myself. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench. LOL. Will be giving him a call the next time I have a real job.

Later that night I found I had decreased pressure in my shower and he came back the very next day to clear out the shower pipes and get the pressure back to where it should be.
