Marneris Law was very helpful to our process of selling our house. Shayla and Saul walked us through everything and made it all go very smoothly. All responses were informative and timely. Would recommend them! read more

It was a pleasure working with Shayla, Chelsea, Niko and Cynthia. Even though the property didn't have a lot of concerning points, the team nevertheless, formulated questions worth clarifying. Furthermore, the team was extremely responsive at every stage of the process and via every medium - email or phone. Lastly, every minute detail was thoroughly covered on the day of closing thereby relieving me of any doubts I had. read more

I can not recommend Cynthia enough as a real estate attorney. She was nothing short of amazing! She answered every question I had within a few hours and I never had to follow up with her....she would follow up with me! I noticed some of her emails even came during the evening or on the weekends. I worked with her in selling my property in Logan Square and buying a property in Portage Park. Her professionalism was outstanding and she walked me through everything. I'd work with Cynthia again in a heartbeat. read more

5 stars for Niko and his team! They were very professional and informative at every step. Highly recommend!

I'm so grateful to have worked with Cynthia and have her represent me on my first condo purchase. She is lightning fast with her responses, organized, knowledgeable, and doesn't let any detail go unnoticed. Her calm and collected demeanor inspired complete confidence in me that no matter what legal obstacles or sticky situations arise, she would be able to help me resolve it. She was proactive in asking for documents and reaching out on my behalf to get all the answers we needed. Even though I wasn't her only client, it sure felt like it, given the level of detail and promptness she provided. Thanks for making my first purchase a breeze, Cynthia! read more

After talking to several real estate attorneys I was directed to via referral or through Yelp, Cynthia was the one I quickly and naturally built a rapport with. It also helped that her flat fee was very reasonable when compared with some other attorneys that were popular on Yelp, too. Cynthia was an amazing buyer-side real estate attorney. She was extremely professional, punctual, and was responsive even in the oddest hours. She was proactive about asking questions that would affect our decision-making throughout escrow and closing, and fought for us to get much better contract terms on our condo purchase. We would be extremely happy to recommend her to anyone buying a home and we will undoubtedly be seeking her representation the next time we buy or sell a home! read more

Cynthia was our attorney for our first condo purchase. Having Cynthia involved in the process made everything easier and gave us so much reassurance. She was incredibly responsive and thorough. She fought for us on every issue, and found something in the HOA meeting notes that ended up netting us a sizeable price reduction. Closing was so simple with Cynthia. She explained everything in a way we understood while also ensuring we were comfortable with everything. She was organized, detail-oriented, and enjoyable to work with. We would highly recommend Cynthia and Zenko Law! read more

I feel so fortunate to have worked with Cynthia on both my condo sale and new purchase in July 2018. She went above and beyond in dealing with a difficult seller, going to bat for me when it came to getting real estate funds in escrow. She also exceeded expectations in terms of response time. I did my research on Yelp and had a similar, if not better, experience as other reviewers. Thank you Cynthia very much. read more

As a first time home buyer, the process, from the beginning, was somewhat intimidating. There are a lot of agreements and contracts being passed around, and frankly, the language is not always terribly easy to understand. While the agent was able to recommend his attorney that he frequently refers, Cynthia was found online. She was extremely diligent in her reviews, and was able to convey and interpret the important facts in a meaningful way, while being patient if things needed to be explained in greater detail. Moreover, she was extremely responsive to any inquiry, and extremely prompt. Moreover, in the event she was unable to answer in a timely manner, she informed you of this and provided a timeline for when she'd be able to respond more meaningfully. Next time i am looking to buy or sell, Cynthia will be contacted immediately without hesitation. read more

As a first time home buyer we had an amazing experience working with Cynthia. At every step of the process she went above and beyond to give us the best advice. She spent time with us to explain the entire process and all the documents we were signing. She showed great patience with us newbie asking questions. I cannot recommend her highly enough, she was simply outstanding! Thanks Cynthia! read more

Thank you to Cynthia, we were able to purchase our first condo in Lakeview this past week. She's probably one of the top real estate attorneys in Chicago. We made a 'for sale by owner' purchase, and without working with a real estate agent, we were unfamiliar with real estate law and provisions that go into purchasing a property. Cynthia took care of us immediately from the start. We had some changes and negotiations that need to be wrinkled out with the seller, but at the end of the day she was timely with contacting us and assisting us throughout the closing process. She even met us at closing and walked us thru the endless documentation to help us understand our rights, and was available evenings and weekends. I can't more highly recommend Cynthia if you need a GREAT real estate attorney. read more

Cynthia helped my husband and I purchase our first home and we couldn't have been happier to have worked with her. My husband and I were pretty clueless on the home buying process and Cynthia was an excellent resource and put our minds at ease when anything popped up, even if it was in the evening! We will be recommending her to anyone purchasing a home, she's definitely the attorney you want in your corner! read more

It's unfortunate that I can only give a five star rating and not ten. As a first time home buyer and not a clue about what type of attorney I would need nor how much time & effort would go into buying a house, Cynthia made this entire process feel like a breeze. In the beginning I began to ask family and friends if they knew of a good attorney for a first time home buyer, but with no luck I turned to yelp once again. I cannot stress enough how great Cynthia was, she was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I had, which put me at ease. From the moment I contacted her, all the way up till closing she communicated with me and explained every detail of my purchase. She was great with negotiating with the sellers attorney and was even able to get me additional credits prior to closing. I would definitely recommend Cynthia and Zenko law to anyone looking for an attorney. read more

Cynthia is the BEST! My husband and I recently hired her to represent us in the sale of our downtown Chicago condominium and the purchase of our new Naperville home. Although we didn't have much prior real estate experience, we actually sold our condo 'for sale by owner' and bought our new home without a real estate agent as well. For those who are not yet familiar, home buying and selling can be daunting and overwhelming tasks, and with only 45 days, a lot we didn't know, so much to do, and only 1 week between closings, I'm not sure we would have survived unscathed without Cynthia's impeccable guidance. She explained our rights, duties, responsibilities and next steps for each transaction so thoroughly and completely, the sale and the purchase went flawlessly. We couldn't be happier. Her services are reasonably priced already, but the confidence, security and peace of mind we received with Cynthia's counsel were truly priceless. We will absolutely recommend Zenko Law to all our family and friends. Her expertise, as well as dedication and commitment to her clients cannot be overstated. read more

Cynthia was extremely helpful during the entire home purchasing process. She always answered my questions within a day and many times got back to me in just a few hours. Cynthia was proactive in contacting me, the sellers, and brokers. I never felt that I was responsible for making sure she was following through on something or initiating the next step of what can be a complicated process. She fought for me and the concerns I had and was successful in getting me the best deal possible. She went above and beyond without regard to "how much time" I needed. I always felt that she was available for me and never rushed a conversation. I would highly recommend Zenko Law to anyone purchasing a home! read more

I used Zenko Law twice in the last 5 years, once to sell a house and once to buy a house. Each time, I worked with different lawyers in the firm, and I can tell you as a lawyer myself that they were all good. I appreciate how the firm specializes in real estate, and knows the ins and outs and not just the minimum requirements. Each time they helped negotiate and resolve significant issues that came up. They also did a good job communicating updates as well as explaining things. I would definitely recommend Zenko Law for real estate. read more

Cynthia is phenomenal! We have used her services for 3 separate real estate transactions so far, and will continue to use her services for future investments. She is everything that you'd want in someone who you entrust with important work: first and foremost, she is highly professional. She stays on top of all important matters and is one of those people that you don't need to constantly remind to do things, she actually reminds you constantly if something needs to be signed or paid attention to! She obviously takes her work very seriously. She is also very courteous and spends the time to explain things to you, you never feel rushed when asking questions, and she will never make you feel silly even if you ask silly questions! Another point that made an impression on me is that she answers emails and phone calls very promptly, sometimes in off hours and on weekends too, even though it's not even expected! I've sent her emails on a Sunday with the idea that it will be waiting for her on Monday morning to reply to, and lo and behold I get a response a few minutes later. I deal with a lot of professionals in various industries and most people just don't want to be bothered nowadays, so this is certainly an area where Cynthia stands out. All in all I have already recommended her to other people, and me and my wife are very glad to have her on our team! Don't hesitate to give her a try, you will not be disappointed. read more
