I purchased a vacation home in Indiana last Fall , unexpectedly , and was represented by the same real estate agent as the Seller . Justine was my legal representation and not only negotiated a great deal , but was able to overcome contractual obstacles put forth by the seller and ultimately navigated through a lot of nonsense to craft everything I wanted and then some . She adhered to timelines and motivated the other party to accomplish what was needed to close the deal . She has a vast knowledge both in IL and out of state in her field and I would hire her and recommend her services to my family and friends . She is currently managing a divorce for an acquaintance who thanked me for the referral and said she is timely and gets it done and done well . Definitely a good hire for closings and divorce IMO. read more
